Need a Career Change? Or Just a Tune-Up?Here are some career questions you need to think about:
Does your job offer you a sense of purpose?
Do you feel compelled to pursue another career?
You find it hard to go to work because you’re not a fan of the company you work for? Does your company align with your values?
Do you feel valued by your employer?
Is your compensation commensurate with your contributions and experience?
In general, are you happy with your job?
