What if prosperity is much more than you think it is?

A few months ago I was talking to my Asterian Astrologer…which is based on India’s view of astrology…much different than western astrology.

In my reading he kept saying, “in the hindu tradition, they believe prosperity is all aspects of your life flowing together”.

That stuck with me. I kept thinking about that and it hit me that we needed a visual or a model to actually be able to visualize prosperity as a cycle of flow.

Something inside started humming and I realized that all of the “money” things I get asked about could come together.

Things like:

-passion & purpose

-self trust

-intuition

-well-being

-significant impact

-earning power

-financial security

-philanthropy or giving back

Woohoo…the circle of prosperity was born!

Prosperity is a cycle, it’s a flow, it moves in a circle. It’s when all these aspects come together.

In my years of working with many women, when these things come together, they get on the front side of financial success.

They boost their earning power, are able to create sustainable income and eventually reach financial security.

As you know, I am a huge stand for this generation of women to avoid falling into the margins or stepping into financial potholes while trying to grow a business.

When we commit to mastering the wheel of prosperity, we end up being financially rewarded for our gifts.

And that is one of the biggest up-levels for the feminine that I know of!

In this episode I share my three key takeaways from the “Barbie” movie. From beginning to end, they beautifully tell the story of how she was conceived and the impact, some positive and some negative, she had on young women of those days.

The simplistic way the movie shows us how the patriarchy impacts women and the feminine and how easily we can move into collusion with it, is a brilliant metaphor.

The Barbie movie lifts the veil on what it’s like to be dumbed down and impacted by a traditionally masculine system that wants to objectify women and control their roles. You won’t be the same after watching it!

We’ve so earned the right to rise! But the sense of moving forward on our visions can sometimes be daunting.

We are in an evolutionary quickening. Things have sped up so we would speed up.

Meaning, we would get on with our evolution already and raise human consciousness. Because that is what it is going to take to shift things on the planet.

There is a lot of talk about money stories.

But it’s deeper than that.

It’s about the automatic money identity that took root in our consciousness such that anytime we try to grow ourselves, be visible, serve and desire money, we get stuck and stopped.

In today’s episode, discover the hidden archetypes in the societal narrative that create insidious and disempowering money identities.

A quick story…when I was getting ready to leave corporate, people asked me where I was going to get money, how I was going to make it. They didn’t know that I was wealth building the entire time I was there so I had more than enough to never work again.

I had a big aha when I realized that I was the talent and when I left, the talent went with me. That my gifts are my source and supply.

The job was not my source and supply. Yeah they gave me something to offer to my clients, but without me, that bridge between the service offer and the money coming in, was me.

You are the talent. And no one owns you. You are in charge of how you relate to money and get to decide if you are willing to be free enough. Are you?

Sisters! NO more! Too many of us are sitting on our gifts and not sharing them with the world.

Did you know that your story is your client’s story? And when you look at from that perspective, you can start to see you are uniquely qualified to help people in ways no one else can.

There is so much to do, to get ready for and prepare. But we end up spending all of our time doing that but not engaging with clients and sharing how we can help them have what they want.

Prosperity is about having our lives flowing in all areas. Our businesses and practices are included in that.

I’ve seen sisters I’ve known for years still be in the same place two, three and four years later. I have done that….sat on my gifts, feeling numb and mute because I thought no one would listen. That I was talking to air.

In the past month I have had to get over my trepidation of being on video. but video converts…so why wouldn’t we use it?

Most women don’t view grief as something that can catalyze success, but it can. Grief opens us up to the deep parts of ourself that cares and from there, by turning towards the uncomfortable emotions, we fund inner strength.

We also find new ways to create that are inspired from our depths that give our work heart. More and more, especially in an AI world, letting clients and customers FEEL us is what will help us stand out.

Can a beach walk teach you how to generate revenue resiliency?

The words in my last newsletter, “taking the gloves off and start leading the pride”, kept rumbling around in my mind as I was thinking about the next topic to record for you.

Nature is rich and full of all the info we need…and it’s based on divine intelligence not artificial intelligence….

The thing is, most women are not in business for the money, even though they need the money to create a life of basic financial freedom…

But in it for the bigger vision to have a lasting impact and do good in the world.

What’s needed is for us to create a home base for sharing our gifts that gives back and creates financial resiliency.

Engaging in things like generating revenue tests us.

We see where advantage and privilege gets in the way of moving forward.

In this episode, I challenge you to rethink how you’ve been working.

To see through the lens of the prosperous feminine by using nature’s inspiration because while our needs might be met, our healthy existence is in question.

We, my friends, are edge walkers on the frothy edge of evolution and ushering in the emerging well-being economy.

The core complaint I hear from fempreneurs so often is “I need to increase my income now”. But when I look at their pricing and offers, they are not stepping into their full potential. It’s so ingrained in women to over-give and under-receive.

Pricing based on wanting to be accepted or not judged isn’t a business strategy, it is self protective behavior. Truly owning the impact your TLC has on clients starts with walking in their shoes.
