Being vulnerable in any situation is hard, but some have it easier than others. I see so many people who close up and hide certain emotions of admiration, love, sadness, and fears to themselves instead of standing in their pure truth of the many facets they are as a person. Standing in your truth to me is showing that vulnerable side, but holding strong in your own power. Emotions equals growth, and that's the foundation of your power!
Sarah speaks of her own struggle with vulnerability and how she has now opened up to the this new side of her emotional growth. As a pillar of strength for those around her, she's found her way to express these uncomfortable vulnerabilities and still be strong. It takes more than strength to embrace Feminine Power, it takes grace and vulnerability.

The aftershock of a break up will leave you feeling empty. Whether or not you have been together for a long time or a short time. Sometimes however we get stuck in a sadness cycle, and we don't know how to get out of it. This is where it's very important for us to understand that moving on is not only for our own mental and emotional health, but for our souls growth as well.
Sarah Mac will be talking about the importance of reconciling, the aftershock, and allowing ourselves to heal. In her experience the aftershock of a relationship death doesn't have a specific timeline, but there should be an expiration on how much time and energy is put into holding out hope and allowing the past, as well as the ex, to live rent free in your mind. If its meant to be, it will surely find you again.
As Sarah navigates through her personal experience with a love bombing relationship death, she shares her insight and journey with you.

Have you experienced love bombing? Was it true feelings or a lie? Were you left more broken hearted than ever before? Come listen to my raw, unfiltered and highly emotional experience of being loved bombed, and the aftermath of this experience.
Everyone has a path and journey they need to follow, but it NOT ok to love bomb someone, and sell them on a future that is empty and vacant.
I truly believe some people love bomb because they are trying to "Love Transfer" their emotions into a new relationship. What is your take?

Sometimes we don't realize that we are ignoring our own self love, and there are various reasons why. Some reasons are that we are pouring ourselves into relationships instead of having an equal balance of loving our partner and loving ourselves. We don't set boundaries when self love is absent, and when breakups happen we feel lost and insignificant.
Sometimes we get wrapped up in "family life" and forget to set aside some self love for ourselves! This was a big one for me for many years. I ignored myself for so long that I didn't know who I was without the validation of others.
The journey to Self Love is painful, but necessary for our growth in all different types of relationships. it's what helps grow the connections around you, and release the connections that are holding you back!
Come and listen to my journey through this exploration and ask yourself if you are truly loving YOU the way you love others.
Have I got a story for you! The Man I've been dating for only 7 weeks loved bombed me to death, made me feel like the center of his world, and dropped me like it was hot. He left me for someone he believed was his TF, but in reality is just a karmic that keeps cycling because their lessons have not been learned. The red flags were there and I can't decide if this was a revenge relationship or just an unhealed man. I mean, he did have a revenge marriage.
Take a listen to the crazy, emotional roller coaster I've been on, but also learn how easy it is to be sold on a dream that will never happen. Essentially gaslighting at its best! Listen to your intuition for guidance and never let other people make you feel that you are overreacting!

I'm going to be talking to you about what this connection truly is, and why it turns toxic or creates a trauma bond.
Intuition is often described as a gut feeling. When you feel like you just know something! in this episode we jump into the some of the ways you can tell if your intuition is speaking to you.
There are so many reasons why manifestations NEVER come into fruition, and in this episode we will be talking about some of those reasons! No one wants to kill a manifestation, but more than not, WE do! Lets get real, trying to talk something into reality sounds crazy, and we feel stupid doing it because we know our current reality, but it goes deeper than that. We speak in the present with our affirmations because it resets out brains to believe its worth and truth!

In this episode Sarah Mac dives into Toxic Relationships by sharing her toxic/trauma bond with her Twin Flame. She spills the tea in the new and ever evolving drama of this connection and how each flame, when out of union affects the other. When one TF is involved in a toxic relationship with someone other than their TF, it will very much affect the other!
Also, she talks about why people stay in these toxic relationships when clearly they should go, and when it's time to stop obsessing over old relationships or situationships.
Please send in your experiences, ideas, or views o toxic relationships! OR please Dear Abby your questions, concerns, or situations to coffeetalkunfiltered@gmail.com
Many people get these too confused, but they are very different! This episode hits on some of the obvious and not so obvious advice that needs to be said about this connection. DON'T go looking for it! We all need to go through the 5 stages of grief during a break up! If we don't, we end up with relationship trauma!
Story Time!
Have you been wondering how long you should wait after the break up to start dating again? I am no expert, however I’m going to give you a little glimpse of how it looks to be a serial dater! It’s taken me forever to learn this is not the route I need to take in order to find a soulmate, but everyone is different. Come listen to my stories, and maybe you'll laugh, cry, or learn something!
Soul Ties and Twin Flames are part of the soul family, but what are they exactly, and what are their main purpose in our life? We tend to get really confused over these two connections because a twin flame is literally a soul tie, but they are our closest soul tie! lets talk about trauma bond!
Soul Ties? Twinflames? What is the difference? Well, there a difference. We have thousands of soul ties that enter our life through out the course of our lifetime, but some people meet their Twinflame! We only have one twinflame, and usually its trauma bond relationship filled with cycling, mirroring, and runner-chaser behavior. Come explore the difference in both!
We get so trapped up in the different connections; Karmic, Soulmate, Soul Tie and Twinflame, that we lose sight each hold a very important role in our soul growth. Karmic Relationships are to teach us lessons, and Soulmates are to help us rise. I call the Soulmate Connection 'The Retirement Card' because they are the easy! They are the connections that we strive for; undeniable love, acceptance, consistency, and longevity!
Todays episode is about Karmics and Solmates, so lets take a dive!
It is so easy to go back to past relationships, but from my experience its a pattern that I recently realized I needed to stop. Listen to my accounts on a personal level, and if you find yourself resonating with my words, then you know your future shouldn't revisit your past. Relationships end for a reason, even if reasons weren't given. We tend to focus on the good and exciting parts, instead of the whole relationship picture. Now, some reunited relationships work out, but only when both parties are healed and grown. In my situation, and for many others like me, the past was meant to be a lesson for what we will and will not tolerate for out future.
Sarah and Carrie explore the single life and how it's changed. Breakups, leading to ghosting, no contact, meeting people online. Is online dating a good option? How to cope with this new era is so difficult, especially when access to ex's are so easy. Forget about hiding in the bushes, or spying on that ex, now all we have to do is check their social media to see if they've moved on.
Why do we hold on to relationships or situationships that we know we should let go of? Why is it so hard to move on? Sarah Mac shares some of her advice, experience and ideas of why these relationships are so hard to give up.
Mercury Retrograde from Sept. 9th - October 2nd really threw some curve balls into relationships! Some were old relationships that came back, others were new relationships coming in, but most were a pure disaster! In this part 1 episode, Sarah Mac explains some really crazy and not-so-crazy things that came to light in her relationships. Starting over never sucked so bad!
