In this episode, we welcome back Christopher Pollard from Season 1! Christopher is the owner and creator of Studio7onethree Photography and the largest modeling conference in Northern California, Model Con.
His event is designed to educate, entertain, and inspire the aspiring modeling community, showing them how to achieve success in the industry.
As Glenn and Cam connect with Chris, he shares his journey of growth as a man and leader. This journey includes transitioning from running monthly workshops for models to forming a supportive community. He exemplifies the leap from a 9-to-5 job into entrepreneurship, highlighting the importance of being a catalyst for change.

Unfortunately, many people are not built to push through the barriers when LIFE smacks them. However, we can learn skills that can help us maneuver through those barriers. It does require work, it also requires us to understand perseverance and what that truly means. Secondly, when we feel that our tank is on “E” from the constant pushing, our “community” is there for us to tap in. Don’t just throw the word around because perseverance isn’t just a word, it’s key in LIFE.
