In this 2nd short episode the 1st 3 minutes disappeared!! I apologize! I just gave a quick history of myself and family. I am from Austin, I have 2 gorgeous children! An 18 yo named Ellis and a 15 yo named Ashton. I also have an amazing fiancé whom I have been with for over 3 years. I have never been happier and there is no other place I wld rather be! This was NOT the case before. It was only just 5 years ago that my world changed forever and for the better! I had a lifetime of chaos, bad choices and turmoil. These were my choices so no one’s to blame. Now the podcast starts and I will discuss living with voids and how they manifest into negative behaviors. Recognizing the pattern is a start, but changing it is the challenge! Enjoy!!!!!
