Just a twenty-something girl boss exploring and exposing the secrets to thriving in life.
Throughout our lives, whether it is during our education or in adulthood, we’re taught and told that we want to thrive not just survive. But what does that really mean? Who can thrive, and how can it be achieved?
The Thrive Life Project Podcast explores what thriving means to educators, influencers, leaders and so many others in the society we live in today. Throughout the podcast, Meg explores issues and topics in the realm of education and entrepreneurship, delving into the issues of societal pressures and struggles that young people face today and how we can encourage and inspire young people to thrive now and in the future.
Meg explores how mindset, mentorship and lived experience can impact the young as well as the adults and professionals who inspire and mentor them. In this podcast, Meg explores every possibility of what thriving means in 2020 and beyond to real people, questioning how others are achieving a thriving life and how we, as a society, can contribute to the education of the young to achieve it too in a rapidly changing world.
Whether you’re a student or an adult, looking for education or inspiration, the Thrive Life Project intends to inspire and educate, to explore and question what we perceive, how we can challenge our self-beliefs to improve ourselves, and how we can all strive to thrive.
In this episode we discuss how to face our fears and use them to live uncommon and extraordinary lives.
In this episode, I speak to Terry Tucker, he’s a long-term cancer sufferer who is motivating and inspiring others to face their fears and live not just ordinary but extraordinary lives by finding and staying to their why.

In this episode, I talked to TED Speaker and inspirational educator Mike Yates. This was such an amazing episode and Mike is so passionate about the subject of education (even more so than I am - which is saying something!).
As you all know by now, this podcast is all about thriving, what thriving means to different people and everything associated with the journey of thriving. In this episode, Mike and I discuss whether education prepares us for surviving or thriving in life and discussed his ideas and methodology for teaching young people to love learning and stay curious.
Sometimes we have to rebel in education, sometimes we need to break the rules, but as Mike says, we need to do this to find our path and to thrive in life.
This is such a fab episode because it looks at thriving from an educational viewpoint which is often not talked about. Listen today to hear more!

In this episode, I explore goal setting and how we can set realistic goals and start actually achieving them from 2021.
Most of us every year create New Years resolutions, but do we really know what the different between resolutions and goals are? If so, do we know how to sustainably and successfully see them through to the end?
As a small business owner and as my own boss, I know how important it is to find out what makes your tick and how you can stay on track so that you can smash your goals whether they are personal to you or business related. It's easy to lose motivation and for your morale to decline when you work for yourself or from home.
We have the power to do amazing things, but by mastering our mindsets and constantly striving for more, we can ensure that we thrive, not just survive.
So, let's create and smash some goals in 2021!

In this episode, I speak to a lovely lady called Tara who is a Life Happiness and Law of Attraction Coach. Tara and I discussed how people can improve their energetic relationships with themselves and others, and how they can realign themselves so that they can achieve uninterrupted energetic flow and happiness. It’s so important that we have a strong sense of self so that we can develop and continue to move forward.
It's so important to remember that limiting beliefs are extremely powerful and that when you give them power, they can be a consistent form of self-sabotage. When we learn to level-up our lives, however, we can create a sense of self that enables us to extend our comfort zone and strive for success.

In this episode, I explore the art of saying "Yes" to something, despite it being outside of your comfort zone and fearing it with best-selling craft author, university lecturer and freelance editor Linda Clements, for as she says, the "rest can be figured out later".
Fear is a major reason that all of us have not taken up an opportunity in our lifetimes, but sometimes we just need to say, "Yes" and the rest we'll figure out as we go along. That's not to say that we should be a yes man, but the importance of expanding our comfort zone is essential to continue to grow and thrive in our occupation as well as emotionally.
To broaden our horizons and excel in our careers, we sometimes have to do things that make us uncomfortable and that scares us, but eventually, we discover that they are exactly what we need in our lives to move forwards.
Find out the power of saying yes, even when it makes you step outside of your comfort zone in this episode of The Thrive Life Project Podcast.
Lin's work-life has been so varied, which is why this is a fascinating insight into how we can continue to strive and thrive in our working lives. Lin designs and writes articles for Today's Quilter and she is the author of The Quilter's Bible. For those who love arts and crafts, you can buy Lin's book here on Amazon.
