What if we set goals that don't have an end result in mind? Is an ending relevant anyway? Will we ever be satisfied setting goals this way? What happens when that end is reached? What happens if it's not reached? This year, I'm taking a different approach in goals setting. If things are continually changing; if we must be continually adapting, then I will set goals that allow fluidity and growth. Goals that put me in a mindset of doing things in continuity - ones that don't have an ending.
The new year encourages us to self-reflect. To approach 2022 with more clarity of what I can do and what I must not do to be a better person, I reflected the things I did well and didn't do well at in 2021.
Back when we were hearing these sudden changes loud and clear: people being laid off, businesses decreasing manpower and hours, most operations needing to quickly transition to remote work — those of us just entering the workforce have no idea what’s in store for us when all the cues we’re getting are everything BUT “we’re hiring”.  In this podcast, I share my side of the story. I know 17-year old me would be proud.
