Finally released from our homes and out into the wilderness again, we discuss how we survived lockdown 3.0 and some of our favourite films/ TV shows that have been capturing our attention recently.
CYU is a film and theatre company of professional teen actors based in London. At the start of every class we sit down and talk things out from our lives and sometimes share our favourite pieces of film/ theatre/ TV that we've been watching. This helps us to connect to each other, to understand ourselves and thus better serve our performing potential in class. It's both fun and therapeutic and we sometimes like to share these discussions through our podcast. Please bear with us as we negotiate how to make this podcast work better each time but we hope you enjoy just listening to our musings. Sometimes it's fun to know we are all in it together!!!

THE SHOW MUST GO ON... Well sometimes. Despite being locked away once more due to COVID-19 we continued our classes online. Hurray! In this episode we divulge into how the government are killing the business through their No-Deal Brexit, should films be made to apologise for their design choices i.e. The Witches, and what we have been watching during this second lockdown.
It's long one but full of some really interesting thoughts from these teen Actors who have a lot to say and finally have a platform to say it!

CYU - CHUBBUCK YOUTH UK are a team of professional youth Actors who meet weekly to rehearse and perform scenes, monologues and sometimes live readings. As part of our weekly meetings we also discuss what's happening within our industry in order to stay up to date with the business and to help encourage and celebrate each others achievements. After a couple of discussions we thought it might be fun to start to share some of our discussions and work through a podcast so others who also work in the industry can follow our progress as we find our way to success.
