Elijah is showing us here what and who is God and turns the hearts and lives of Isreal back to the one true God by conviction, confession and repentance. This brings about the turning. returning to the Lord.
Do you think your church needs revival? Or do you think your church has arrived? Or condition is "Dull of hearing" and "We can not see" Matt.13:10-17.!! Think on these things!!!
What the Wales and Welsh revival was all about. God doesn't change. "He is the same yesterday today and forever."
What God the Holy Spirit did for me through and on the day of the surgery!! Now I can comfort someone else!!

There are many different causes for backsliding. Or wanderings, or drifting from our faith!!
What the power of the Holy Spirit can do when we surrender to Him by faith, let Jesus be Savior and Lord of all of our lives!!"
"The ministry of the Holy Spirit" How He fills us all!! and that continually!! Wait as the book of Acts told the Desciples!!
Who the Holy Spirit is, what, all His ministry for and to the Believer. "Our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit."
What about the Holy Spirit? Are we fearful to let the Holy Spirit take complete control of our prayer meetings or our worship services, revival services?
It is time to get serious with God!! Pray, Bible reading, fasting, confessing, repenting of all sin, God will bring revival!!
To get us all back to the importance of praying in the Spirit. Having a burden for souls on their way to Hell without Christ.
We all can take a lesson from the past. These people in the Old testament happened for our example. History does not have to repeat itself. Please make the application and god will bless you.
"Mercy triumphs over Judgment" God shows the depravity of Israel, America, the church, the individual, family. This is a call to repentance!!
What God's Word says and warns us about sin. Israel, America and all nations that forget God, the Church also.
The love of or towards your spouse, male and female, and what our love should be toward Christ should be.
The Kingdom Of Heaven (or of God) is at hand, close by, anytime, so we need to repent, forsake all sin once confessed, let Jesus be Lord of your life.
What the Day of the Lord is, Judgement on the proud, Judgement on any nation that forgets God.
