The 3 steps to getting back on track and achieving your goals
Step 1. Recognizing your path. Whether this be through a failure, tough time, or self reflection recognizing where you are now and how far you've come nearly always motivates me to push a little harder or try new things.
Step 2. Self evaluation. Knowing what brought you to this point and how to fix the issue. Evaluating your position in line with your end goals.
Step 3. Implementation. Finding the necessary changes from self evaluation and implementing them into your routine. Note. It is important to implement the changes in smaller increments, and gradually build up your desired lifestyle instead of going all in.
Bonus: Discipline. Motivation is never there to stay, and never will be. So by building discipline through certain tasks (like morning and evening routines) you will begin to be able to become more productive and eventually achieve your goals.
