It’s amazing some of the things that you see and you had no idea that you were going to see it!
There are some things that we will have to apologize for in life, but did you change the behavior? If you didn’t there is no apology is needed!
So many people are caught up in being fake that they don’t really know who they truly are. I am who I am.

We have to make changes in our lives in order to become the best version ourselves. Only if we want to change for our own benefit!
I can only tell you about what I've experienced. How could you believe me if I've never experienced what I'm trying to tell you?
Although, the only reason why you had to set boundaries was because of their own actions. How dare you not let me walk all over you! Wtf! 😳 😡😤🤯.
Many times things happen to us as children and we don’t know that they actually shape our lives. My mission is to heal those childhood wounds, recognize them, feel it and then release it.
At the end of the day, the only thing that truly matters is how you’ve treated people and what is truly in your heart! ❤️💕❤️💕

It may be shocking to some when you set up strong boundaries. They may get all up in their feelings. Little do they know your boundaries are for your own protection!
When change is happening in your life, it’s up to you to make the decision on how you’re gonna handle it. Right now at this point in my life, I’m learning to be the best version of myself no matter who likes it or not. It’s about equal give and take from now on!
Most of the time we see change as a disruption within our lives not really knowing that change is what makes us progress to the next level.
So far my weigh loss journey has released 176 lbs and counting. It’s a whole new me!❤️💕❤️💕
When you let people be themselves, they will show you who they truly are. At that time you can decide on how you need to handle them or not!
You know what, sometimes you just have to check yourself to see if you are heading in the right direction. Facts!
I’m learning to trust my feelings when it comes to people, places and situations in my daily life. No one knows how I truly feel with the exception of God He knows my heart. This is between Us!❤️💕❤️💕❤️
What you do you when you recognize the different patterns in people that you know? I found it helps me to better categorize them by their patterns and effects as to where they will fit in my life puzzle or not!
When you know the truth don’t let your emotions get in the way. “The truth shall set you free”!
Some people use your weakness’s to uplift you and others will use it against you! Be careful!
I told my daughter “Listen to the words not spoken. People will always tell you how they truly feel in their actions towards you.” ❤️💕❤️💕❤️
When you realize you’ve exhibited some toxic behaviors and you’re looking back in your past. ❤️💕❤️💕❤️
