On this podcast, I talk about and answer the following questions: What kinds of goals might I actually keep and are rooted in goodness? How can you make anti-diet and intuitive goals? How can I make goals that are actually good for my health?

Recently, I’ve noticed a lot of things and habits that I used to have that I didn’t even realize at the time were disordered or signs of disordered eating. I think a lot of us fall into these thoughts or habits, so today, I wanted to talk about these signs and how to move past them, so you might be able to recognize them in yourself and seek help OR just check your thoughts and actions. This episode talks about examples from my life and gives examples of how to overcome cognitive distortions.

Last week we talked about intuitive movement and what it means, so this week I wanted to talk about how you can teach intuitive movement to your clients through cues. What can you avoid and what can you add to your classes? I also talk about programs that I like and how you can find fitness professionals that are practicing intuitive movement that aligns with you.

Welcome to Not So Niche, a health and wellness podcast where we dissect the unattainable narrative we’ve been given about health and start to see it as something for everyone and every body. I’m your host, Arianna Kae and I’m a fitness instructor, wellness advocate, and someone who has struggled with a broken view of health for a long time. Join me as I discover ways to view ourselves and our wellness as whole and beautiful. Today we’re talking about diet culture and the holiday season. I find in my own life that narratives around the holiday can have a big impact on the way I perceive myself and diet culture around me, so I wanted to talk a bit about that today. I also asked questions to my Instagram followers, so I read questions and responses from them as well.https://instagram.com/notsoniche.podhttps://instagram.com/ariannakae--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/notsoniche/message

I’m 22 and I have way too many interests.

I’ve always been this way. In college, I changed my major 4 times and ended up studying Communication. Now, I love communication and I'm really passionate about it, but one of the main rules of effective marketing or branding is to find a niche. If you listen to any influencer’s podcast, they’ll tell you to find your niche. I just can’t seem to do that. So, instead, I’m bringing you a podcast that’s like me- just a little bit of everything. Welcome to “Not So Niche” - the podcast with a little bit of everything. From fitness to finance, Arianna will be talking you through popular online Niches alongside guests and talking about how its okay to be complex humans with more than one interest. If you enjoy this episode, make sure to leave a review and tell your friends to listen too!

I am a victim of going through it alone. I don’t know if you feel me on this, but way too often, I convince myself that my burdens are meant only for me. In this episode, we’ll be discovering what the bible says about our hurt and why the message of independent suffering is a complete lie. Welcome to Wait! Let Me Say That Again. Please leave a review of this podcast and tell your friends about it if you loved it. I love hearing from you and am so encouraged by all the kind messages about the ways you are impacted.

This episode is about making plans in the midst of the unknown. How are we supposed to live in the tension of trusting God, yet planning our futures? Isn't that against what God tells us to do. Join Arianna Kae for a discussion about how faith can inspire us to live free of fear for our futures and how living in the unknown can be a little less scary when someone is there with us.

From body issues, healthcare, to international politics, there have been a lot of issues the church has passed over. But the bible doesn’t. In this show, I encourage you to begin conversations about the topics we usually apologize for bringing up.
