Jason and I discuss all Mental well-being, support groups, fun stories, and the different coping mechanisms he has to get through as his therapist said "you are going to learn to sit in your shit"
Mark talks about the deathly experience he had at the age of 18 followed by the life values inside and outside that changed for him.

For the superstitious people, Friday 13th a Cancerous Brain Tumour was found.
Matthew played a sport that brought him so much pride and joy to an incredible chance of having dizzy spells!
The support in a positive manner was a massive boost.

Lena Tice is a credit to Irish Sport
Lena was a very young Irish Cricket Player, then went on to play Hockey for Leinster and Ireland.
Our chat was very open and refreshing to hear Lena's spiritual beliefs.
In every sport, there are highs and lows, its the way you mind yourself is the key.

Brendan had a dream as a child to be a professional golfer
Brendan is just under 5ft, his passion for golf and his self-belief made him the first disabled golfer to play on The European tour.
Disability Ireland gave Brendan the avenue to focus on his dream to turn into a reality after his family had to initially get the ball rolling.
Modest Golf owned by Niall Horan has brought the golf management end of things to the next level. " I have only felt inclusion working with Modest Golf "
Getting to chat to Pan with his passion for Art starting off as a doodle, to being able to create the most insane murals of iconic figures to changing his outlook on art to educate himself through comic series.
Pan has OCD but for him, he thought it was just severe anxiety. "No medical personal have ever been able to help", so Pan's release is music and art.
