Forget the fun and games, with only three men left there is no time but to get right into a multi-scene acting challenge that ends with a kiss. Is it a bad sign that Cherie and Niki are more excited about the supporting cast than the leading men? This is the final test to see which man can warm hearts and minds to be crowned Mr. Christmas. Who will make Cherie and Niki swoon and get his very own movie?
Move over Hot Frosty, our final four Snow Hunks are ready for their closeups but first they are going to have to work on their communication and trust in order to earn extra time to work on their dance moves. Cherie and Niki become very excited and then nervous when some special leading ladies are introduced, right before the big dance scene. Who will step on toes and who will waltz their way into the judges’ hearts?
The guys are finally putting their Christmas knowledge to the test but the real question is could they beat Cherie and Niki when it comes to holiday trivia? The acting challenge this week comes in hot with the guys working with a director on a dramatic heart wrenching scene that calls for tears. Whose moving reaction to having their heart broken will leave the judges in tears and whose dry eyes and disconnected performance will fall flat?
Well, Parker stayed … because it is Hallmark but will he be able to show improvement to last another week? There is a competition involving giant vats of boiling brown liquid and pillows that have Cherie and Niki completely baffled. But it all comes down to how well the men can hold their own without any scripts alongside one of the best in the biz. Time to embrace the awkward with a little improv …
Reindeer games take on a whole new meaning as the remaining six men compete in a holiday themed obstacle course while Cherie and Niki cheer them on, albeit from home. Will Christmas spirit or physical strength win the prize? The men are then called upon to toss the scripts and characters because they only need to be their own talented selves on stage. Add in some deep end media training and you’ve got the episode - wait, what’s this - an elimination cliff hanger?!?!
An unexpected departure leaves just seven men still competing and do they have the physical strength to untangle this week’s Festive Face-off? Cherie and Niki are perplexed by one competitor’s contradictory behavior both on and off the ice. It is not enough to just be good at acting but these guys will have to prove that their personality matches the heart of the season.

Ten handsome (in a classic Hallmark way) men begin this competition. Cherie and Niki are ready to hold them to the Hallmark Christmas movie standard. Trashy reality TV, this is not. Instead Hallmark is embracing the Christmas spirit and warming the heart with these contestants. Cherie and Niki have a vested interest in the results of this contest. Will the right man be chosen?
If dreams had a name, it would be Finding Mr. Christmas on Hallmark+. Cherie and Niki, two Hallmark superfans are here to watch as this reality show chooses the next Hallmark movie leading man.
It’s the final episode and Cherie and Niki are loath to say goodbye but a more beautiful ending they could not have imagined. Heirs abound, ensuring George’s line ahem George and Charlotte’s line continues. Are the young royals able to meet the demands of a nation and what effect will it have upon the relationship? Furthermore, what do Cherie and Niki want and expect to be next within the world of Bridgerton?
The gardens are in bloom this episode but no one is referring to the flowers. In a surprising turn of events, Lord Danbury’s death leaves Lady Danbury reeling, in more ways than one and an heir is finally on the horizon, supposing he can avoid being kingnapped by his own mother. Niki has another spoiler for Cherie and the episode ends on a high note, finally answering that age old question, “Who runs the world?”
Tangents run amok as this episode takes Cherie and Niki down a few rabbit holes. What is fact and what is fiction or is it all just factual fiction/fictional fact? A change of perspective gives new insight into what actually is going on with George in the days leading up to and after the wedding. Does it clear up the confusion about his health or only lead to more questions? Cherie and Niki do their liberal arts best to diagnose despite having zero knowledge or experience in the matter.
It’s coronation day and time for Charlotte to step up as queen but she is distracted by George’s odd behavior. Even though their relationship is on the rocks, Charlotte and George are obligated to provide an heir, so they come up with an every other day arrangement, which seems perfunctory on the surface but very steamy in practice. Can Charlotte and George put aside their hang ups and allow love to blossom - between themselves and for the people they must rule?
Things are finally heating up but the couple getting busy in the bedroom is not the one Cherie and Niki were expecting. Meanwhile, everybody and their mother (literally) are discussing, without actually saying it, what is happening in the royal chambers. But never fear, Charlotte and George don’t stay apart for long and their fledgling relationship starts to take off. Will Charlotte finally get a proper, albeit belated, wedding night?
It’s been awhile but Cherie and Niki are back and excited to dive into some prequel shenanigans. Beloved Bridgerton characters, flush with the bloom of youth, finding their own love story. Charlotte wasn’t always queen and she meets her future king while trying to run away from their wedding. Will this new series live up to the precedent of excellence set by Bridgerton and how does Niki think it compares to the book?
There are many separate plots to tie up with this final episode and Cherie and Niki are holding on tight as the scenes whiz by in order to cover it all. Secrets are revealed, some relationships are strengthened and some are ruined, and Kate and Anthony “will they-won’t they” until the last possible second. But the best part of all … is that it doesn’t end here!
This is an action packed episode and Cherie and Niki have plenty to talk about. Just about every relationship has been strained, which makes for some great discussions. The sexual tension between Kate and Anthony finally FINALLY peaks leading to some gazebo fun times. But it doesn’t end with happily ever after because of course it doesn’t and you can hear both Cherie and Niki rolling their eyes.
Differences in note taking aside and the fact that the wedding wasn’t in the books, Cherie and Niki have a lot to say about the Wedding of the Season. The cat’s out of the bag and the repercussions are spectacular as each character learns the secret. Do the reactions make sense? Can Cherie and Niki empathize with the different responses or are certain characters way out of line?
Their speculation pays off as Cherie and Niki’s theories about upcoming seasons have been confirmed, which helps since they are not pleased at the direction of this episode. The will they/won’t they has become tiresome and the secondary plots continue to befuddle. A little communication goes a long way.
We’ve fully left the book at this point, with numerous side plots that leave Cherie and Niki scratching their heads. Do Cousin Jack and Theo contribute to the show or do they just muddy the water? The sexual tension continues to build between Kate and Anthony, so what is that ending!?! And finally, Niki drops a major spoiler on Cherie.
Things get heavy in this episode as Cherie and Niki weigh the implications of death and motherhood. But it quickly takes a turn for the steamy … finally. Then the game is afoot as a raucous game of pall-mall leads them into the joys of high Benedict.
The Season is in full swing now with Edwina as its Diamond. Cherie and Niki are not impressed by Anthony’s devious behavior. But they do love the idea of a roomful of suitors being put on the spot to entertain and impress the Diamond. Finally, how much time will they spend trying to guess whose love story will be next?
Cherie and Niki are on the edge of their seats for the newest season of Bridgerton. They get to revisit some favorite characters and meet some new - specifically the Sharma sisters. Is it as good as the first season? Is it as good as the book? Will Cherie and Niki focus on the main plot and their thoughts on the romance or will they instead spend inordinate amounts of time discussing wig quality, the length of mourning periods, and everyone’s ages?

The show is over but Cherie and Niki are not done talking about it. Nicole’s best dress, Mr. Edwards’ funniest remark, and the cringiest moment are just a few of the highlights covered in this recap of the season. And finally an answer to whether or not the final couple are still together.
The final three suitors jump forward in time to take Nicole out into the present modern world, complete with jeans, leather jackets, and city bustle but only two will return to the regency period. They must then convince Nicole and her court of their feeling and true intentions as the final man is expected to get down on one knee. Cherie and Niki swoon over the plethora of dates but worry that maybe the fairytale won’t last upon return to the real world.
No more freeloading as the suitors are expected to assist the court with some regency chores, with varying degrees of success. When a storm delays dinner, one suitor opens up about his feelings (or lack of) for Nicole, which compels another to share via a letter. Cherie and Niki are on the edge of their seats as the drama unfolds and are not so secretly thrilled by the results.
An evening in the pleasure garden has everyone in high spirits but a tea leaf reader is doling out some curious takes. How will Nicole interpret these predictions and will they sway her decisions? Cherie and Niki realize that perhaps the man they most detested was not the worst after all.
A competition of strength leads to some surprising results. One suitor confides in Nicole that someone might not be there for the “right reasons” and she enters the suitor house for the first time to confront him. Cherie and Niki cannot believe what then happens at the ball.
There’s another attempt at a formal dinner with another interruption but this time from an unexpected source. A couple of the guys decide two open up and reveal some deeply personal information to Nicole. Cherie and Niki find one revelation to be extremely maddening if not at all surprising.
Masks are donned and there is an extra face in the crowd at this ball. Nicole has to decide if she should keep this new suitor around longer but that would mean sending home someone she has already gotten to know. Cherie and Niki are seriously starting to wonder if this show will ever end.
What happens as the wine flows during the Regency era’s version of a toga party? Cherie and Niki are shocked when one of the guys finds his way to Nicole’s room not once, but twice. Have things gotten a little too wild without Nicole’s parents in attendance?
There’s a new man in the mix as everyone takes to the field for an archery competition. What happens when the strict manners and mores of a Regency dinner are ignored? Cherie and Niki start to sour on a previously favored suitor when he plays a little too fast and reckless with the rules.
Which will capture Nicole’s attention and possibly even her heart - feats of strength and swordsmanship or beautifully crafted ballads? Cherie and Niki do not seem impressed by either but they can’t help but swoon when a couple of the suitors really open up and have deeply vulnerable conversations.
Are the men playing games with Nicole’s heart … or is it just a friendly game of cricket? Cherie and Niki don’t even pretend to understand what is happening on the field but they are definitely paying attention when one suitor starts to wander out of bounds.
The men pull out all the stops to try and impress the heroine and her court, in the second episode of The Courtship. Niki still can’t get over the constant competition for attention, much to Cherie’s amusement.
