Let’s face it we are going to a complete stranger and asking them if we can take their property but not pay for it. We are going to make money out of their property every month and we are going to agree a purchase price now which means that we enjoy any equity gain over the term. Oh, and then we drop the bombshell that we might not even buy the property at the lease option end of the term.

We've been working with Nigel Reed and Dr Rachael Coates for 6 months now and have been incredibly impressed by their shared values, work ethic and ability to continuously surprise us with their drive and ambition for not only their growing Serviced Accommodation business but their new subsidiary companies that will be standalone companies in the near future. Why are people so eager to hand over huge amounts of cash to people who claim to be property sourcers? How much DD do people do, and how much should be done, to ensure that you aren't just paying someone thousands of pounds to book a few viewings?
