Getting off the beaten track, having the courage to make professional and personal choices that most people would shun, dread, and certainly criticize.
All this with the aim of finding inner peace, a balanced life, and a love fueled by an unheard-of curiosity and the desire to discover others that distinguish the couple Meriem and François.
I had the pleasure of having them on my set for 1 hour, and we talked about work, luck, open-mindedness, and above all, flexibility, agility, and ecology in our private and professional lives.
Success is the consequence of a series of choices that we make, but which we certainly don't entirely control.
François and Meriem illustrate this example well and validate Victor Hugo's proverb: "Happiness is sometimes hidden in the unknown".

Hiring comes then as one of the biggest challenges that you will encounter as a business founder.
In this episode, we'll be sharing few tips that will allow you to attract, hire and keep the right people for your business...It's time to start building your amazing teams and secure your business operations NOW!
Everyone is becoming "sure" about the urgency to digitally transform a business, but few people have bullet proofs about the real effects of such transformations. Add to that the important catalyst role that the covid-19 pandemic has played in bringing new business rules and contexts today, it becomes obvious that businesses, regardless of their activities, need to speed up their digital transformations and succeed in it if they want to keep or create a competitive advantage and survive in their markets.
So, how can SMEs play such roles and implement digital transformations safely to leverage their business opportunities, is the topic of this episode, check it out 😉!
