Many of us travel across the lengths and breadths of the earth and also visit various shrines and holy places to find peace. Eventually, we realize that Peace is with us at all times in our own hearts & mind. PEACE comes from being content with ourselves & being grateful for what we have with us.

Sometimes we need to look at the problem from the other person’s view in order to truly understand his/her perspective.
God is Our Business Partner. God gave us life every single moment, every single breath, every single second. God gave us talents-ability to talk, create, to earn money. God gave us a body-eyes, ears, mouth, in hands, feet, and heart. God gave us the mind- imagination, emotions, reasoning, and language. Sharing 10% with him is an expression of gratitude and pure love...not that he needs it. He is rich beyond imagination. But we seem to forget to do our bit out of immense gratitude, joy & love...

You are like an elephant with enormous qualities with full control on your life. No matter what you do, people having a mosquito-like-attitude will always disrupt you, criticize you, mock you but you need to remember the fact that you are the boss and no one is in-charge of your happiness. So just ignore such people, ignore their criticism and move on with your life. The elephant is the enormous flow of our life. The mosquito is our restless ego that thrives by sucking life's attention. There is an interior life beyond our ego that is connected to a vast and infinite expense of awareness. Be aware, be the elephant.
Hold The Door Open.It has probably happened to you before. As you walk towards the door of an office, or a hotel, the person walking in front holds the door open for you. Remember how good it made you feel - if only for that moment. Isn't it surprising that although we all feel good when someone holds the door open for us, we seldom do the same for other? How come? It's probably because we are all preoccupied with ourselves and obsessed with getting ahead. HTDO doesn't merely make other people feel good. It makes you feel good too. HTDO translates into a behaviour of helping and caring.

Born in the world, we often live as the world does. Like chickens in a coop, we cannot see beyond the tip of our noses, pecking in the dirt searching for scraps, with the more ambitious among us trying to be king of the roost. Why don't we allow God to carry us out of our barnyards and into the freedom of the deep blue sky instead? He will show us our planet for what it is: a small, tiny blue ball that is extremely fragile and inspire us to do what we can to save it, not destroy it.

He was polite, calm and used a quiet tone even in the most infuriating situations.Thiruvalluvar in this story eventually explains to a young man, the importance of hard work.

What is lacking in Talent can most often be made up for, with Hard work, guidance and help from others, BUT, what is lacking in Character and Values can’t be made up for with anything Ever.

The sky was once so close to the Earth that people cut parts of it to eat, but their waste and greed caused the sky to move far away.This was a beautiful and rather insightful folktale from the Nigerian culture. I loved reading this story and I absolutely loved the message/moral it carried. The story taught us the importance of caring for the earth and the earth offers many gifts that we should not destroy.
Kindness and being generous can change the world. Every one should work on showing a little more kindness to others. Each act of kindness positively affect others and there is nothing as rewarding as giving back to others.
Power and knowledge is of no use if you don't do your duties. Do well the duty that lies before you.
Being a good man is something you do, not something you are. We must develop basic good human qualities- warmth, kindness and compassion. Success will follow you automatically.
