Welcome to the very first episode of EDM Real Estate Secrets, the podcast for buyers and sellers in the Edmonton real estate market. The reason that I put together this podcast is I wanted a way to document some of the insights that I have about real estate, just working day to day with clients buying and selling properties. Up until now the only way that people will be able to get my perspective on any of these things is if they were actually working with me one on one as a client. Since, if you’re not currently in the process of buying or selling a piece of property with me, you would have no way of getting that.
What I want to do is document this, so I can address some of these things and share them with everybody so that they could get value out of it as well.
