Being a sports coach is challenging, rewarding and amazing role to take on, particularly if you get the opportunity to be a junior and youth sports coach. But often I here from coaches that they struggle getting started, and struggle with the challenges they face, in this series Becoming a Coach we will look at those challenges and how to overcome them, and interview coaches from across the sporting community to find out how they went about it.

Again it is about looking at the hole board when making your decisions as coach.
"Failing to plan is planning to fail" is a quote we often hear, but its very important reminder to all Sports Coaches that we must be always planning, planning, planning and planning some more in everything we do.
