What does process mean? In all honesty and experience, I find it to be a child. It doesn’t go as planned sometimes, it makes me experience all emotions, poops on my plans, cognitively stimulating and heightened reptilian tendencies because I think someone’s out there to get it. Makes me do funny faces, wake up in the middle of the night when an idea strikes and I have to feed the paper with this rad idea! Ok, you get the idea. It is PRECIOUS!
But taking careful steps makes us miss out on the playful revelry of creating. We have this illusion of what stability is or not.
How can we draw away from this tightness and experience the lightness and energy of the process? Let's find out on today's episode.
This week, we embrace self-compassion, common humanity and that no country, cause or being is too far for us to show up for. We are all connected, and if you are not free, I am not. So let's make some space to gather, reflect & reach out within our means.
It takes a magnanimous heart to give selflessly. But it can so often leave us feeling exhausted and empty. Then how do we continue giving. It takes energy & presence to show up, especially for others. But if we don’t invest wisely we experience exhaustion. You’ll also notice that it becomes harder to show up for ourselves. Join me today for a breath & visualisation practice to rejuvenate and replenish your royal cup!
In this season finale, we will be exploring 'relevant solitude' and the abundance it brings! A state close to my heart and certainly one that has opened great possibilities and defining moments in my life. Let's invite being all one. This is my love note to humanity.
Today we explore ways we can create an inclusive yoga space and encourage the ones around us to do the same too. Our Yoga mat is a space to bloom & not fit. It is a place to fall, try & rise. A space to find your Yoga. Fundamentally today reminds us of the essence of humanity.
Change can be cathartic. Our resistance in the face of change brings out the valence of our inner ecology. Sometimes it reminds us of the weeding to be done. We create our own realities and we certainly can do that by not compromising our true potential.
We can't find freedom, but we can create it time & again for ourselves. But first, we need to understand the workings of our minds and the way we think in order to guide ourselves to the experience of inner peace and freedom. In this episode, I'll be sharing 5 top gems that have helped me practically design & experience the sparks of freedom.
Beauty is a habit. An eternal practice we can carve for ourselves. Definitely unique to each one of us. However is it all we have known it to be? Join me as I explore the facets of beauty and reveal ways we can redefine beauty. There is beauty in fighting for justice, brokenness, fragility and scars.
Energy creates, protects and if untamed can blight. We cannot increase the volume of anything as volatile & tempestuous as pure energy without taking steps to contain, harness & guide it. We need to sharpen our proficiency in understanding the flow of its conduit. In this case your mind, body & spirit. Join me in this episode as we rediscover our natural energy and learn how to invest it wisely.
Habits can be ceremonious, meaningful and a way to flourish if we bring awareness, grace & presence to the smallest tasks. Let's explore the joy of crafting & sparking habits that work!
This week we will continue exploring the features of intimacy in a relationship, deepening our connection with the ones around us and even our work. In a nutshell, we will touch on romance, compassion & self-improvement. I will be sharing some researched backed-up and personal experiences from over the years in this episode.
Intimacy has long been associated with the need to placate longing and loneliness. The essence of being vulnerable and a desire to connect and feel safe in the process.
But is that all? At some point, we will be left with a sense of implacability or lose sight of what it truly means to be connected and intimate.
What most of us know as intimacy has a culturally limiting viewpoint. We need to valiantly break out of this conditioning and explore the infinite possibilities of the idea of intimacy.
We need a breakthrough! Let's find out how we can do that today!
