Raul Villa is currently an MBA Candidate at the Yale School of Management. He did his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas in mechanical engineering, and graduated with honours in 2015. Raul then founded BlackBrush construction, a custom residential & commercial construction company with goals that go far beyond simply building homes. Today, Raul tells us a little bit about the origins of BlackBrush, why he decided to start the company, and where he plans to take it.
Philippe Haffner is currently an MBA Candidate at the Yale School of Management. Previously working at Occidental Petroleum, Philippe was the project lead for the design and implementation of a real-time drilling data system. While at Occidental, Philippe started his very own company - SwiftSpot. In this interview, Philippe tells us a little bit more about how he got his company off the ground and his future plans.

Jorge Soto is the co-founder and former chief technology officer of Miroculus, a biotechnology company that aims to democratize access to complex testing methods for the treatment and prevention of diseases. Jorge founded Miroculus with the aim of decreasing the entry barrier in cost, development, complexity, and increasing access to genetic sequencing, synthetic biology, and genetic editing to help advance science and improve lives. Previously, he was Deputy Director General of Civic Innovation at the Coordination of National Digital Strategy of Mexico, where he led strategies and projects that promote citizen participation and innovation in the country through the use of technology. From 2009 to 2012, Jorge was the founder and chief technology officer of CitiVox, a platform that allowed government officials and development agencies to receive and analyze citizen reports and convert them into actionable information. He also has a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has been recognized as an Endeavor entrepreneur, MIT TR35, and Technology Pioneer of the World Economic Forum.
