‘Podcast with a cake’ is a series with students from The Abbey School in Reading, talking about a host of topics close to their heart. Ranging from veganism to the impact of social media, each episode also includes sampling and scoring the cake of the week!

In this episode we talked about what it was like to meet Clare Balding OBE and we also took the time to delve into the world of the unknown - including Area 51, ghosts, and aliens.
Last Thursday saw the return of ‘Podcast with a Cake’, now in its third season, and we welcomed some very special guests. BBC broadcasting legend Clare Balding joined the recording as part of her visit to The Abbey, alongside season one regulars Kate and Bhaavya (now in their second year of university). We also had Lower VI students Hope and Grace join for the first ever live recording of ‘Podcast with a Cake’.
