This weeks heART of CM segment, I am out ’n’ about in the city getting reaqauinted running . Todays episode as I am doing my workout routine with an early morning jog. I’m know to overthink and be very hard on myself whenever I feel I have fallen short of whatever I would set for myself to do and/or complete in a particular time frame.
I share from my heart to yours about my personal analogy with todays weather forecast and holding myself accountable in falling short of my standard for Excellence in Purpose.

Together making an impact and changing lives within the jewelry industry and sustaining new legacies of a purposeful life & generational blessings for Native American, Indigenous, & PanAfrican communities.
The Bench Social will continue with discovering, exploring, and sharing the Facets in Designing a Life of Purpose & Victory with the full integration of mindset, environment, financial, intellectual, relationships, social, physical & spiritual well-being.

I want to share with you that I have struggled with trusting people. Although I am letting go by allowing myself to be vulnerable (to an extent) it is a baby step towards trust. I am working through this process to understand the root of why it has been hard for me to trust, be it people, processing life, even trusting myself.
Todays episode, I share the 3 key tips for our day-to-day with life responsibilities, entrepreneurial responsibilities, work responsibilities, relationships -- most importantly our divine connection to our faith.
