since starting I've lost weight knowing that it is very individualized, to appropriately/ healthily regain my weight, is it as simple as increasing my calorie intake? or should I shoot for a ratio of carbs/fats/protein?

My son and I have been training for about 8 months. Are there any special considerations, with regard to nutrition/ supplementation and exercise, to help my son (7 years old) and I, get the most out of our training? Things we can both do? Things he should be doing differently than me?

In this episode  we go DEEP in the world of nutrition, he uses words like epigenetics, meal timing, and De novo lipogenesis. With such a broad subject we honed in on people that are prone to putting on fat easily and are not super metabolism blessed.  What to eat and when, if it is a training day or an off day. Maybe you can't train because, a flesh eating virus is taking over the world, maybe the deep state is locking down your state so they can implant chips in you. What ever the case might be, we talk about how you can not elevate your chubby levels through eating a little bit better. We also touch on some home workouts you can do with body weight exercises and kettle bells.
