Today we demonstrate that not only is Michael's fancy microphone broken, that he doesn't remember anything once it's happened, but that we agree that Bikes Can Save The World. There is also a quiz about pasta (although it's not about pasta, it's PASTA)

Today we interview Will from Olive. Life is better, for us and the planet, when we do it on a bike. So Will and team created Olive — the really low-maintenance bike that makes riding not just easy, but a pleasure. No flats, no grease, no weight, no hassle. Just a smooth ride.

The best bit is fans of TZFC can get a whopping £100 off their own bike by following the link below and using the discount code TZFC in the basket. Whoop whoop!

In today's episode, Michael makes some predictions about Paris Roubaix, even though it's already happened but it hadn't happened when we recorded it. On the way to make his predictions, he talks to Tim about things that don't start in Paris - like Paris Brest Paris. It's a bit like flying to Paris with a budget airline.

Also there is not one but two quizzes in todays pod, you lucky people.

We also (trigger alert) talk about Tim's experience with Binge Eating Disorder. It's a long one because we take the time it needs to talk through it.

This season is all about bursting some bubbles - one of those is people don't talk about stuff, so we talk about stuff.

Well, the clocks have gone forward here in the UK, so we talk about Amstel Gold. Michael chooses Remco and Femme (are they even in it?).

Also: I didn't forget it was Paris Roubaix Honest. That's in the next episode.

Today we go bubble bursting: we talk a lot about Autism and ADHD, it's all my personal view on it - and hopefully, if you're listening to it you might get something from it.

Michael is all excited about the Tour Of Flanders. Michael dreams of learning Dutch so Tim teaches him some. We hope that Friend Of The Podcast Rino and his fellow countrymates aren't upset by their pronunciation.

Michael slightly loses control of language, time, and consciousness, and mentions Tom Boonen many times.

Surprising about of cycling content, but don't fear listeners - we also do some bubble bursting. Today it's all about calories and exercise. Our minds are a bit blown (or burnt?) - is yours too?

I was watching Milan San Remo at the weekend, and wout popped up on my insta feed with a challenge that was too good not to accept.

The Name Game by Visma & Lease a Bike (teamvismaleaseabike.com)

So wout, how did we do?

View Details

In this episode, we talk about Pizzas, Fermenting, The Microbiome, Tim tells a world beating joke, and I get confused a lot.

Will Michael choose some Cyclists who aren't in Milan San Remo as his top tip? Yes! "Tom Pidcock will not race Saturday’s Milan-San Remo due to a concussion, Ineos Grenadiers officials confirmed Wednesday." Ga!

I also double up and get confused about the women's race: "And while there’s no women’s Milan-San Remo, the Trofeo Alfredo Binda, a major stop on the women’s WorldTour and a pillar of the former women’s World Cup series, takes place the next day". I wasn't making up that there was supposed to be, last year the UCI said their was going to be one this year! Double Ga!

We get to 18 mins before we find a bubble to burst- this one is a lovely bubbly fermenting thing. I think it's a good one though - I'm all excited about it.

Series 4 is all about conversation - if you want to hear our usual thing of interviews and this, please check out our earlier episodes :)

Wrap up, get a lovely cup of Horlicks and listen to Tim and MP chat to each other about  a lot of things that don't really matter. I get all forgetful and repeat myself.
