Collyn Chan is an urban planner, researcher, photographer, struggling millennial working on implementing material and meaningful changes for the communities she lives in. Currently, Collyn is a Senior Project Manager at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, developing waterfront and industrial sites for the burgeoning offshore wind industry. Collyn has worn many hats as an urban planner, from renewable energy, to climate relocation, to last mile transportation planning. The common thread is her theory of change - catalyzing climate infrastructure projects to invest in more connected and just communities. Collyn hold a BSc. In Global Resource Systems from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in City Planning from MIT.
