My name is Jason Haugen –
A few years ago I decided to scale my business to multiple states while growing my team. During my years in business I have come to find that culture is a very overused word. I believe most people do not know what culture really means. Building a team with culture is very important in business but also in many areas of life. This is how Culture Camp came about.
Fast forward a few years and I have businesses and locations spread across the United States with over 200 employees doing over $100m in business per year.
Welcome to the Culture Camp where we are going to talk about all things culture in business and life. We will also have motivation and self-development. We have an amazing line-up of guests including athletes such as Jim McMahon, entrepreneurs like Keaton Hoskins and Rob Bailey, and CEOs like the ex-president of Winnebago, Scott Degnan, and former Miss Olympia, Dana Linn Bailey.
We will also have a special episode every Wednesday with me and other featured guests to get you over that midweek hump.
If you are someone who is trying to build a team in business or in other areas of life this show is for you.
