The former officers, , Demetrius Hale Tadarrius Beany, Justin Smith, Emmitt Martin and Desmond Mills Jr., have each been charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault, two charges of aggravated kidnapping, two charges of official misconduct and one charge of official oppression, Mulroy said.
Second-degree murder is defined in Tennessee as a “knowing killing of another” and is considered a Class A felony punishable by between 15 to 60 years in prison.
Darryl Tyree Williams, Six Raleigh, North Carolina police officers are on administrative leave and a man's family and friends are looking for answers after he died hours after getting tased by police.
Darryl Tyree Williams allegedly yelled that he had heart problems as the officers tased him during the Jan. 17 arrest, according to a preliminary report issued Monday by the Raleigh Police Department. After becoming unresponsive and showing no signs of a pulse, police and an EMS team tried to resuscitate Williams, who was taken to a hospital where he died an hour later, The names of the six officer are not listed once I get them I will put it out.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) has now gotten involved in the suspicious death of 25-year-old popular North Carolina braider, Shanquella Robinson, who mysteriously died while vacationing with friends in Mexico.
The federal agency has reportedly intervened on behalf of Shanquella’s parents, Salamondra and Bernard Robinson, who reported her death after Mexican authorities suggested there was no foul play but Shanquella’s autopsy report determined that she died from a broken neck and suffered severe spinal cord injuries, according to BET.com.

The young girl's body was discovered on a construction site in the Castle Frank and Dale Avenue area. Investigators believe the remains were left sometime between Thursday, April 28, 2022, at noon, and Monday, May 2, 2022, at 4:45 p.m.
However, the girl could've been deceased as early as the summer or fall of 2021, or even earlier.
A examination confirmed that the child, between the ages of 4 and 7, was 3 feet, 6 inches tall, "with a thin build, and has black curly hair that was sectioned in four short ponytails, two of which were braided and secured with black and blue elastic bands."

In 1921, Tulsa, Oklahoma’s Greenwood District, known as Black Wall Street, was one of the most prosperous African-American communities in the United States. But on May 31 of that year, the Tulsa Tribune reported that a black man, Dick Rowland, attempted to rape a white woman, Sarah Page. Whites in the area refused to wait for the investigative process to play out, sparking two days of unprecedented racial violence. Thirty-five city blocks went up in flames, 300 people died, and 800 were injured. Defense of white female virtue was the expressed motivation for the collective racial violence.Accounts vary on what happened between Page and Rowland in the elevator of the Drexel Building. Yet as a result of the Tulsa Tribune’s racially inflammatory report, black and white armed mobs arrived at the courthouse. Scuffles broke out, and shots were fired. Since the blacks were outnumbered, they headed back to Greenwood. But the enraged whites were not far behind, looting and burning businesses and homes along the way. (You can find more on youtube.)
