Luz-Saint-Sauveur is well known for it’s easy access to some of the best road biking in the world, but it’s not all about carbon frames and skinny tyres.
Ardiden Velos is a bike rental company situated in Luz-Saint-Sauveur 19km from the top of the iconic Col du Tourmalet in the Hautes Pyrenees. We have a shop in the centre of Luz-Saint-Sauveur opposite the Office de Tourisme, next to the km0 sign that is the start of the Tourmalet climb.
The highest paved mountain pass in the French Pyrénées, the iconic Col du Tourmalet has featured in the Tour de France 87 times and will be climbed from the east side during Stage 18 of the 2021 Tour de France.
