Hello lovely, welcome to #SienaSaidIt and my podcast #BreakfastThoughtswithSiena. I am a foodie and I love to wine an dine. I am if the firm view that good things come over a good meal. One experiences clarity of thought and direction when the prawn and sauce is right😄. I am a musician, a writer, a vocalist and I love life!! So I talk about everything and anything. It's really about mental health and emotional well being. I have a saying, the best way to address issues is over a good meal. So I talk about good food, and I while I do I dare to broach subjects we are not normally inclined to want to address, such as working in a place you not really passionate about, quitting your iob, getting fired!😄, falling in love and keeping up with friends and family!! Life is beautiful isn't it. As Maya Angelou says, there may be clouds, but there have been rainbows. At #BreakfastThoughts with Siena we make an effort to look for the Rainbow!!! It's not easy to make that choice, but it's a choice we'd rather make. We are all on this journey together, though we travel different paths. But in all, you are not alone.
