Lazy GAN artworks in 5 mins

Here we use Arbreeder source image.

Doing some simple edits in PS.

Transfer style in DeepDream's Deep Style.

It ends a little early, but I am sure you can handle the settings alone.

For a little better result you can add some personality in PS later and be more precise with making the form.

What is GAN art

Generative Adversarial Networks art is based on Neural networks using both generative and a discriminative models to process images and generate and modify image and creating interesting results in the process.

To get the full poteintial of GAN you need time, programing skills and desire, but there are altirnaves that can give decent resutls in a simple web interface.

What is Deep Dream Generator

This is a webssite that let you play with GAN in a simple interface. You can see how to use it in the video.

How to create a masterpice.

Use a masterpiece as a source image. Find a great classical masterpiece by distinguishable author. Modify it a little or don't

Use it as source and experiment with styles. As the master's work have great compostion, forms, colors and power, they can keep their mastefullness after the GAN modify it.

You wil most surely get multile amazing results.

You can share it or sell it. It sells well now in the NFT World. I would love if you mention the author and educate more people about the master and history of art.

Is this allowed and ethical?

If the arwork is more than 100 years old, you have the right to do whatever you want.

This will be hated and found unethical by most conventional artists.

Still...

  • It can bring new life to an old masterpiece.
  • It can bring new emotion and experience.
  • It can teach the author and the audience about history of art and the best art masters.

I can't take a side. I am experimenting with it a lot, but don't mint the results.

Turkish get up and some missed opportunities

This is me and Poly 10 years younger 💑

This is a really old video, but I will use it to tell you his story and also will explain wtf is "Human Turkish Get Up". The video was taken in the summer 10 years ago and in it you can see me and Poly performing a nice acrobatic stunt on the beach.

It was taken from a friend of mine, who later uploaded it to YouTube. At the time I was really young and had no idea that engagement and view could bring me money, so I totally agreed to let him do this.

The video was an instant success!

Over a few days it brought over one minion views and tons of comments, some of them really rude, so I asked him to disable comments. The decision we made next is a one that I still regret. We were asked from several sides, YouTube including, to enable advertising, give some broadcasting license for some TV's and other possibilities to earn money. Me and my friend decided against all these possibilities, even that my financial condition was far away from my physical. After few months the video went even more viral and in a year it had over 20 minion views and all we get was

Nothing...

If I had other decisions and allowed ads and broadcasting, that would solve so many problems, that required tons of effort and work. So maybe with this post I will finally earn a few dollars for my skills 10 years ago. (or maybe get downvotes for uploading old video :D )

p.p. Even a bad decision, it is nothing compared to Poly's declining to join some of her friends mining bitcoin before it was cool.

Turkish human get up Anyway, as I said I want share my knowledge about an exercise called Turkish get up.

It is a really old exercise. It is seen performed by old time strongmen (the guys with moustaches, kettlebells and barbells with metal spheres )

The strange name of the exercise comes from the multiple Turkish wrestlers that perform it in their workouts. Now TGU(Turkish get up) and some of its variations are used by multiple contemporary MMA/BJJ fighters.

It requires multiple levels of strength, stability, coordination, balance and flexibility. Especially when it is performed with a Human. It is usually executed with a kettlebell or a dumbbell, but when one wanna show off like me, he better take a big barber or a fellow gym user

Do you wanna try it? If the answer is YES, don't rush and take the first girl you meet. You better ask a trainer to help you with the different stages of the exercise. If this is not possible, make sure you check the resources I will link in the bottom of this article.

Do you like old-time strongman exercises? Make sure you saw my more recent video about Two Hand Anyhow

If you want to see more of these exercises, make sure you leave me a request in the comments.

A sequence of movement, that can be used before a training, or instead of a training or in the morning. It makes me feel good, it enhance my flexibility, control, stability, flow and desire to move.

Why I call it Sham practice? I don't wanna claim that this kind of movement has specials powers, like cultivating energy or making you a higher consciousness human being. It is just movement and doing it make you better in this kind of movement.

As any movement it has health benefits, but nothing special.'

And again as any other movement it can let you improve it till the state of art.

I hope you like it and you try it. Again as most of the movements it can calm you down and make you feel happy :)

Some complex and difficult exercises to show off again. They require very good mind-muscle control, and perfect technique. Don't try them if you are not experienced and know what you are doing. If you are professional athlete, that is proficient with weightlifting and need expressiveness, you can give them a try.

Next video will be suitable for beginners.

Good luck and train smart!

The target audience for this video are not the people that practice sports, yoga, movement, walk regularly and take care of their bodies. And still it is them who will upvote and watch. So if you are one of them, send this to a friend than don't moves. Especially if they have some kind of back, ankle, knee or neck pains. Tell them, this is the shortest and laziest training routine ever made and it takes just 2 minutes to finish. That would be a great start and I am almost sure they will feel better after these simple movements.

If you can't find the time, motivation and energy to make any kind of training activity, then this is for you. It is almost as hard as stretching in bed after wake up. (Which is actually a very nice thing to do for your body)

So much of us are working from home right now, and move so much less than before 2 years. This could slowly become dangerous. Take 2 minutes and try it :)

Good luck, upvote, comment and expect next video which will be something to show off with :D

disclaimer: This is a show off lift. Don't try this at home.

I am going to alternate two types of videos.

Type 1: Show off or fun video like my first video here: https://ecency.com/hive-101690/@brutalisti/nkczzaib

Type 2: Educational content for beginners like my second video: https://ecency.com/hive-101690/@brutalisti/tbonbcjf

This is the type one video. Still you can learn something.

Two hand anyhow - that is the official name of this exercise and that was a legit and widely used exercise in the era of old time strongmen.

The exercise is described as: Lift as many kilos as you can, overhead, with two separate weights in separate hands. You can use any weights and any method.

The world record is over 200 kg and is hold by the popular old time strong man Arthur Saxon.

In my video as my primary weight Hivers can see Polyxena for a first time. My second weight is 24 kg kettlebell (I know it looks heavier!)

I don't advice to use this exercise in your training regimen. It is actually something like a test. Using it advanced movers can test their ability to combine complex coordination, strength, balance and flexibility.

You can do this anywhere. I make it in the morning or to energize myself before training.

Additional benefits is the strengthening of the respiratory muscles, which we all know play a vital part in Living :) and not only...

According to multiple studies and meta-analysis respiratory muscles training can:

  • improve performance of athletes in multiple sports.
  • reduce cortisol levels and with that fighting adrenal fatigue aka chronic stress.
  • increase concentration
  • increase quality of life in elder population (very important longevity indicator)

The are tons of scientific evidence why this is important for anybody.

If you want to do "your own research" here you are:

"Science, bro!"

Yep :D That's me Dany from @brutalisti . Same guy that is trying to create Art at he moment. The video is shooted and edited by Poly. The music is free for use from Bensound.

This is video of me training for fun. Although I love and practice natural movement, gymnastics, yoga and dancing, unlike most "natural" guys, I don't hate bodybuilding, CrossFit, Weight and power lifting. I equally enjoy and practice all of them.

Some of the most enjoyable parts of this video are, hammering the the tyre, disks falling of my 200 kg deadlift and homestanding!

I will keep this short and fun and will tell you more about my experience next time. Tell if you like the idea to share my knowledge in topics like movement, breathing, flexibility, power, strength, muscle gain and fatless. (This was my dedicated profession for 12+ years, before I switched to art and design)

Be healthy and be happy!
