You know I Did It Again!!
Yup, I finished the Season in Bronze 1 Rather than Silver 3 because of card rentals expiring before the next season. I either need to buy all the cards to get into Silver 3 or better manage my rentals.

It's Splinterlands Time!!
Today Monday at 5 pm EST I am playing Splinterlands Live. Yes, there will be a card giveaway, and hopefully, we see some really cool battles.
Why Do I Like Splinterlands?
It is very simple because all of the in-game assets are worth actual money. Ignore the play to earn part for a minute. When I would go to my local Walmart and pay $50 for a PS4 game, that money is gone, all I have is gameplay.
In Splinterlands when I buy in-game assets like cards or dark energy crystals it all has a monetary value that can be claimed at almost anytime. My Splinterlands account is worth more than I had paid for the Summoners Spell book.
Yes at Bronze2 and above we start to earn dark energy crystals for winning battles.
Today We Have:
Brawl results!! We get to see how badly I lost to the other players. There is also a Death Quest and that being my worst Splinter you will probably be entertained by my rage quitting lol

Lol I hit a losing streak and wrote a post whining about how hard it is to get ahead in the game I should have known better because making money with video games is not easy unless you are a celebrity like Jason Mewes lol
I am going to start fresh today with a better attitude wearing my wizard's hat for extra luck lol. I remember when I first bought that hat from Disneyland, and my brother asked when will you ever wear it lol I found a place.
Today is my favorite a brawl and Earth Quest let's see if I handle it like a pro or a little boy with a skinned knee lol

I passed On My Last Snipe Quest
When we get a Splinter quest we would not rather do we can always pass on the first one and the system will randomly generate another quest.
Snipe quests are not really that bad. For the lower mana battles needing to include a snipe can ruin your lineup. The last time I passed I was stuck with a Death quest that tumbled me all the way down to Bonze3 and I am still working my way back to silver3.
This Time I Accepted The Quest
I am planning to do a lot of Dragon Splinter for this Snipe Quest. I have enlisted the help of the Byzantine Kitty, but for the lower mana fights, I have Brighton Bloom.

This is a crazy Storie that some of you will relate to having made the same mistake. I am hoping to help people out by sharing this info so the same thing does not happen to them.
I have always had the attitude that is it can happen to me it can happen to you and if it can happen to you it can happen to me. Be a species that shares information throughout the population has made us so adaptable that the only real threat to our species is our species.
Enough of that and back to gaming as you can see I have my hat back on, because I did so well with it on last time.
Today I am going to share how to transfer in DEC from Hive Engine, My huge mistake, and buying or renting cards for the League you want to play in rather than the current level.
I need to complete a Snipe Quest and a Brawl.

Maybe I can play Splinterlands like one. Especially on a day like today. I have a Sprite Quest and a Brawl. With just splinterlands alone I have enough material for the entire Live Stream.

It is a very light day in the world of Hashkings as I just need to check the progress of the crops.
Today I am wearing the wizard hat I bought at Disneyland. That was a fun day, am going to have to go back there someday soon.

This is a very interesting concept. Playing a game to earn crypto that can easily be converted to US dollars has been messing with my head.
I have played video games since the late 70s and I have never recovered any money spent on those games. The time spent playing them in no way can be monetized.
Currently, I am only playing two play-to-earn games on the Hive BlockChain. Splinterlands and HashKings. Both games I find fun to play and have been building in-game NFTs and tokens.
Splinterlands speaks to the Dungeons and Dragons nerd in me. HashKings speaks to the curious person in me that has always wondered what it would be like to have an outdoor grow operation.
Do not forget I am giving away NFTs in Splinterlands and Buds tokens in Hashkings to everyone that places their in-game name in the chat when I ask for them.

Splinterlands I have a Sneak Quest & Brawl. This will be pretty interesting. Not too worried about the Sneak quest, because I am learning that your backline needs at least one sneak monster if not more.
Sneak monsters are great because they target the last monster in your opponent's Line up rather than the first. I also like to have opportunities & snipe monsters as well.
Brawls are often difficult because you can not see what your opponent has been playing. Also I need to rent a few cards for the brawl, maybe Yodin, maybe the Kitty, not to worry I will have them rented before the live stream.
In HashKings I need a 3rd farm. I will be buying that today and some seeds to plant. I am getting down to about 2500 HKWater tokens so I will need to buy more of those as well.
Of course, there will be Splinterlands monsters and Hashkings buds, and water given away so have your in-game names ready for when prompted, usually between the Splinterlands and Hashkings segments.

Up to this point I have been playing these games to learn them and what is and is not valuable in their ecosystems. I have been learning a lot.
Especially from all of you. Your posts and live streams have taught me a lot about the gameplay, when to level up cards, when to buy packs, etc.
I notice that the more I play the better I get but when I skip playing for just a few days I almost have to reteach myself some hard-earned lessons. Inconsistency is not good for play to earn success. Funny thing it is not good for anything lol.

I have had this Vimm channel for as long as my @chris.topher account, and it has never occurred to me to use it. You think it would have because I have a 3Speak account primarily for my gaming content.
Although this is not my first Vimm live stream it is my first live stream to this channel.
Currently, I have clawed my way back to Bronze II League in Splinterlands. I am in the middle of a brawl and need to fill 8 Battles.
I will want to employ a balanced strategy as that is what seems to win the most battles. Of course, I also have a Snipe Quest to complete today.
HashKings we have a harvest waiting and may even replant.

In Splinterlands it is a big day because I have a Brawl Fray to fill, a Sneak Quest, and enough Merits for a Gladius Case.

In the world of Splinterlands this is an interesting day. There is a Water Splinter Quest and there is a Brawl in Progress.
I need to rent some cards both monsters and summoners from the Dragon, Neutral, and Water Splinters. We have to keep up with the basics of a very balanced line good mix of melee, ranged and magic attacking monsters.
I also need to keep in mind to use monsters with Snipe, Sneak, and Opportunity abilities. This will be a careful balancing act, especially in lower mana battles.
In HashKings we have to buy more seeds and plant a crop on the available plot. I also need to look at buying a third plot and looking to learn more about the game. I am starting to get comfortable with Splinterlands, but Hashkings is still pretty much a mystery to me.
Of course, I will be giving away NFTs, so have your in-game names ready.
