This is Classic Raiders, where we have some of our greatest games from North Brunswick Township High School athletics that we have broadcasted on the King James Radio Network since our inception on September 17, 2011.
It was December 23, 2014 at North Brunswick Township High School, when the North Brunswick Raiders hosted the Piscataway Chiefs. The Raiders came off a tough Opening Night loss to East Brunswick, and looked to bounce back against a Piscataway team playing in its season opener.
As the game played out, it became one in the archives of Classic Raiders.
The Lady Raiders were looking for a 2-0 start to the 2015-16 season, but it would not come easy, as the Lady Hawks of J.P. Stevens wanted to put this one into their win column. This game was played on December 22, 2015 in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
It was April 13, 2012, and first place was on the line in the Greater Middlesex Conference White Division. North Brunswick would have a first place showdown with the Monroe Falcons.
Placido Torres was the Raiders' ace, and he would get the baseball for head coach Ryan Lillis. The rest of the story is what makes this another edition of Classic Raiders on the King James Radio Network.
We take you back to May 25, 2012. North Brunswick had to make the trip to Marlboro to take on the Marlboro Mustangs. It would be North Brunswick's first ever trip to the Central Jersey, Group IV semifinals, if the Raiders can pull of the win.

It's the first ever rebroadcast on the King James Radio Network of a North Brunswick Raiders game that the Raiders did not come out the victors, but it's a special Classic Raiders.
In honor of Karl-Anthony Towns being drafted into the NBA, we break out this game at the Rutgers Athletic Center in Piscataway, New jersey, aka the 2012 Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament Finals.
It was February 24, 2012 at the Rutgers Athletic Center, when the North Brunswick Raiders stepped out onto the floor against Towns and the St. Joe's Falcons.
North Brunswick was looking for their first conference title since 1997, while St. Joe's was going for three straight championships.
It was May 10, 2013 at North Brunswick Community Park in North Brunswick, New Jersey when the North Brunswick Raiders tangled with the Ocean Spartans in a non-conference matchup.
It was the final game before the GMC Tournament, but more importantly, it was a career day for Raiders right fielder Brian Pelszynski, and with North Brunswick head coach Ryan Lillis approaching 100 career victories, that puts things on a more historic level.
It's a milestone edition of Classic Raiders on the King James Radio Network
It was April 16, 2013 at North Brunswick Community Park, where the Lady Raiders had to face JFK, and the flamethrowing Crystal Carlucci, who struck out 88 batters in 55 innings, coming into the game. Carlucci was opposed by North Brunswick pitcher Molly Kuchler, who would have to match Carlucci pitch for pitch.
It all came down to one out, and one play, which becomes a classic in Lady Raiders lore, and now, it's a part of Classic Raiders on the King James Radio Network.
It was February 1, 2014, as the Raiders went to Piscataway High School and the Patton Gymnasium to tale on the Piscataway Chiefs in a GMC crossover game.
This one would go to an extra quarter, where Raiders guard Pranay Bhandare would put his stamp on the 2013-14 season for North Brunswick.

On February 17, 2014, we made the trip to South Amboy, New Jersey. The place was Cardinal McCarrick High School. The event was the preliminary round of the Greater Middlesex Conference Girls Basketball Tournament.
North Brunswick and head coach Shaun Morrell met up with a rival of the past in the Cardinal McCarrick Eagles, led by head coach and former Rutgers women's basketball standout Lynn Ust.
In what became an instant classic, it came down to the end of the seventh quarter - aka triple overtime - to decide a winner.
It was on January 31, 2013 when the North Brunswick Raiders would try to complete the journey to an unprecedented third straight Greater Middlesex Conference White Division title. Their only obstacle was the Sayreville Bombers.
It was February 7, 2012 when the Lady Raiders of North Brunswick went to Edison to face the Bishop Ahr Trojans with two goals to accomplish.
First and foremost was to earn a split with Bishop Ahr for the GMC White Division title, the first for the Lady Raiders in 10 years. Next, it would be a historic night for Lady Raiders guard Jasmine Walker to become North Brunswick girls basketball's all-time leading scorer.
History was about to be made in more ways than one, and the King James Radio Network was there on this installment of Classic Raiders.
The date was May 2, 2014. Things started out pretty well for the Raiders. However, it would get wild in a hurry, and North Brunswick would need to go the extra mile, if they wanted to knock off the team that the Greater Middlesex Conference considered as #1.
This became an instant classic, and it's now on Classic Raiders.
It was April 17, 2014, and game #2 of a baseball doubleheader between North Brunswick and South Plainfield over at North Brunswick Community Park. North Brunswick was the road team, so they would bat first, and first baseman Eric Reardon made sure the Raiders made the most of it.
