Today's guest is Ryan Hall, who has an amazing story to tell about unmuting his voice after his family suffered several tragedies which compounded family dysfunction. Subtle indoctrination made Ryan believe his voice didn't matter, so he hid from the ensuing fights between his parents, began to become the parent of his parents, and never wanted to rebel to create waves! So, he hid out in his room for hours on end without friends just to stay safe.

You don't have to have been raised in the church or any religion, for that matter, and still, you may suffer symptoms of trauma because of your indoctrinated beliefs in your family, society, or culture. When we are forced into indoctrination with toxic beliefs, we will have many of these symptoms.
