In closing… Think of things like this… This body we have is a loaner. Look at your neighbor & say this is a loaner🤣We don’t own it & we’re all due for an upgrade! So get you pump primed & ready for worship before we even enter 3546 Evergreen Church Road. So we are more open & sensitive to receive Gods presence? Do we know or recognize His voice? If God is everywhere at all times why are there times His presence is felt & others times it’s not?? Are there times & locations when Gods Glory is manifested more or stronger in our lives?? Ask yourself what was different? One writer said… When we enter Gods presence with Praise He enters our circumstances with Power!! Another writer said whenever God reveals Himself or displays His power and love, a (correct)response is called for: PRAISE! Still another said when praises go up blessings come down. So our Closeness to God isn’t an emotion or a memory or a even a set of circumstances. Closeness to God is a daily devotion to do the things He asks of us. It’s that simple (obedience= unity with God) How Many of us pray Lord please manifest your presence to me, in me & through me?! We know Things change when Jesus walks by…. Gods presence doesn’t Always line up with our convenience which is why we can’t put God on a program if God owns the services He decides when we worship it’s not something we can schedule in a program!! Cause we don’t have the mind of God but our job is the show up ready for worship in Hopes that God will display His Glory in a way that we can receive it! He’s already there…. He’s just waiting on us to prepare our hearts for worship!! The Holy Spirit revealed to me we’ve postponed our worship way too long!! Are you like Me “people shy”? Afraid of what others might think or say? Do you not know you’re singing to an audience of one?? Who or What hinders your praise? I challenge you to ask God to help you overcome it & of course He will!!
