Shannah graduated from the Nistler College with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, and then went on to obtain her Master of Business Administration . During her time at UND she was heavily involved within her sorority Delta Gamma, founded the Co-ed Business Fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi, and held several internships throughout her college career. Additionally, Shannah interned in the Pancratz Center as an undergraduate and went on to become the Pancratz Center's Graduate Assistant during her MBA program.
