Jonathan is a Herricks alumnus of the Class of 2020 and a current freshman at the University of Texas at Austin pursuing a biomedical engineering degree. He has a passion for the STEM field and helping those around him through the development of medical technology. We talked about how culture defines us, how competition motivates us, and how our exploration in new hobbies has allowed us to grow. Anjana Menghrajani, a Herricks alumna of the class of 2019 and a current student at Adelphi University studying speech pathology, is passionate about meditation, cooking, and self-improvement. At the beginning of the COVID lockdown back in March, Anjana was motivated to take advantage of her time by starting meditation and cooking; as a result, she was able to foster a growth mindset and continues to develop good habits even today.
