Hi, everyone! I hope you're doing well!

Do you have a teenager in the family or perhaps a loved one in that age bracket? You must be familiar with how erratic and emotional these kids can be. We can manage their negativity by journaling, and in this week's episode, we dive deep into its basics and purpose. Let me encourage teenagers to use a journal as a working tool to put their thought processes and reflections in a diary about what they discover.

Let's guide them to take note of the times when they feel specific negatives or are beating themselves up. If they can determine the root cause and change the response, they can develop a pattern interrupt and understand where the thoughts are coming from.
