This year, at 40 yrs old Ben represented the USA at the World Championships in Greece and became a World Champion in Greco-Roman Wrestling and won a silver medal in Freestyle Wrestling.

In 2017 Glenn lost fat, gained some muscle and won $100k losing weight in a 12 week online challenge with BodyBuilding.com. He was competing against 60,000 and won. His degree ironically is from BYU’s “School of Family Life”. Glenn has coached over 3,000 online business owners since 2008. In 2016, as a full-time single father to his 9-year-old daughter Hailey, Devin was bankrupt. With $300 to his name, he could no longer afford the apartment he and his daughter lived in. He had to sell most of his belongings and rent a small room from a friend for $400 a month, and could barely afford that. His breaking point was getting his heart broken by a woman who, at the time, he thought was the one. He started having thoughts of suicide and hit rock bottom. Just six years later, he has built a social media following of almost 1 million people. He used his influence online to build several businesses, cashflow from real estate, partnerships, and insurance residuals. He is married to the woman of his dreams. At the age of 33, Ian has established himself as an influential leader and teacher. His greatest joys and biggest motivators in life however, are his wife, Madeline, his son Miles and his daughter Sloane.
Born in Salt Lake City, Hunter has always had a tender passion for helping others. At the age of 16, he underwent a life-threatening traumatic brain injury that solidified his passion for the health service industry. Modern medicine saved his life and from then on, he was certain about choosing a career centered on healthcare and improving the lives of others.
Hunter began his professional journey working for Intermountain Healthcare, a Utah-based health system at the time consisting of 22 hospitals, 185 clinics, and 39,000 employees. During this time, he quickly acquired a Master’s in Business Administration, and aspired to one-day become the chief administrator for a large urban hospital. Shortly thereafter, he was given a role administering system-wide community health initiatives through using data-driven decision making.
In 2017, Hunter married his collegiate sweetheart- Savannah Barlow. Savannah’s family was previously members of the Fundamentalist Church of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS), a religious group that was headquartered on the Utah / Arizona border during the early 2000s. In its current state, Savannah’s rural hometown of Colorado City is rebuilding from years of trauma and poverty, and lacks many basic needs such as public transportation, job opportunities, access to secondary education, and affordable and accessible healthcare; all impacting the lives of thousands of rural residents. Witnessing the medical and social needs existing in this community, Hunter’s primary focus shifted to Utah’s rural healthcare system, specifically safety net programs that serve rural and underserved communities.
In December, 2018, Hunter relocated and began the early stages of development for Creek Valley Health Clinic, a nonprofit community health center which is located in his wife’s hometown of Colorado City, AZ. Since its origination, this nonprofit has grown from a shared vision to now impacting over 4,000 unique patients along the Arizona Strip. The creation of Creek Valley Health Clinic has created 30 new jobs in the rural community, and now has an annual operating budget of over $3M.
Hunter is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Creek Valley Health Clinic, and has been the primary author of over 20 successfully funded grant awards, together equating to over $7.6 million of grant funding from federal, state, local, and foundation sources. Hunter has also been vocal and active in transforming the way state governments view healthcare in rural Bordertown communities; setting the stage for improved rural health access and economic development, specifically in Utah and Arizona.
Beyond the community health center’s continued growth and development, Hunter has recently began business consulting, specifically assisting startup and nonprofit organizations understand how to leverage grant funding to support their mission. He hopes to soon provide grant-writing and other business workshops to assist organization’s make big differences in small and rural communities.
With appreciation for the loving sacrifices and hard work of his parents to support him and his siblings despite health complications and layoffs, living a financially fearless life became Nathan's quest, and helping others to do the same later became his mission. Kyle was born in Miami, raised in New Orleans and eventually ended up in Utah after being forced out by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Kyle graduated High School in Utah and went on to attend Brigham Young University in Provo, UT where he obtained a bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. During college he started his first business named KPBM Bookkeeping a bookkeeping and accounting company.
After college he obtained his CPA license and went to work as an auditor for Deloitte, one of the Big 4 accounting firms, in the Salt Lake City office. After a long year and a half Kyle left Deloitte to be the Controller of an online marketing company named Adduco Media in Lehi, UT. It was during his time with Adduco that he started his second company Standout Home Buyers, a real estate investment company, and purchased his first property to flip.
After a couple years of working as a controller by day and building his Real Estate business at night, Kyle left Adduco and became a part owner in Elevated Title (a Real Estate Title Company) and acts as their CFO.
Kyle invests heavily in the Utah market, Flipping, wholesaling, building his rental portfolio, and commercial development. He has also started investing in Multifamily units in the state of Ohio. Recently buying an abandoned apartment building in Trotwood, Ohio. Over his 4 year investing career, Kyle has been involved in over 100 real estate transactions, accumulating 22 doors for his rental portfolio in the process.
