Back in December, I decided to delete Instagram for the whole month. This includes not scrolling on my personal page, and not posting on my business page. This episode is all about what lead up to it, what it was like, what I learned, and where I am now.

back and better than ever. well.. sort of.
I am so excited to be back on the mic and talking to you all today. In this episode, I'm just sharing a little bit of where I've been, what happened a few months ago, and where I'll be going with this podcast from here on out. I very randomly decided to turn on the mic today, which is why the beginning is just a little rocky, but hang in there. <3 Love you guys.
So cheers, to not letting the negative self talk get me down, and not being afraid to look stupid.

yikes.. I feel attacked. Today we're talking about how bits of your childhood may be affecting your business. This episode might be an obvious one to some of you, but to some others, maybe not. I am sharing my personal experience of how parts of my childhood influenced my overall personality, which greatly affected the success of my business. Things I'm still working through today.

Hannah is finishing up her education for Somatic Experiencing, which is a bottom up strategy to relieve trauma and stress in the body. Hannah gives us the run down on what this is, who it's for, what it's like, and so much more. She was incredible.
She also runs a clothing business based on creating empowerment and awareness around mental health. Her goal with this brand is use quick and clever designs, to help spark conversations and new thought processes in people, to drive us towards a more inclusive, honest, and empowered community.
