Hello, and welcome! Find a lovely, safe spot in the world and indulge yourself in the premium passion of daydreaming, where we are spontaneous and talk about the universe in a nutshell. You're more than welcome to feel alive, feel yourself, and most importantly, fight for us. We're each a ravishing universe so let's keep expanding :) sending lots of love, your host - sahaanaa || insta: @twofuspod.
this isn’t an episode without me fangirling about love. I am back with youth part three! as we’re nearing valentines day, I thought it’d be awesome if we plan the day together. keep in mind that anything could change and new opportunities could come by the 14th, but what’s wrong with fantasizing and indulging in a little (or more) fun? I hope you have a lovely stay. this is your hopeful romantic and someone who fangirls wholeheartedly about valentines day and what I plan to do for the 14th. take a seat by love and just allow cupid to strike an arrow at you. I am rooting for all of you! when someone shares love, I hope we hold on. | instagram: @twofuspod
welcome to youth II mes amies, if there’s one place that makes us feel flourished and nourished and also wondrous. with family, friends, and beautiful souls. food has (will continue to be) been one of my comfort places. kitchen is where the stories begin and it’s where we expand our glory days. we eat, cook and share exceptionally. this episode explores the interconnectedness of food and the glorious moments that make us appreciate cooking, baking and the world beyond food. I hope you enjoy your stay ;) | @twofuspod
welcome home! mes amies. I know the title’s a mixture of spanish and french, and I know the title is different from the one I mentioned in the audio - but I hope you enjoy your stay as this baby explores the beauty of friendships, solitude, and crashing our hearts into worlds that interest us. we’re creating patterns from one friend to another, staying grateful and overcoming the fear of losing close friends, drifting away into the midst of everyday life. right now, right here, we have each other. we’re expanding with friends, with humans who challenge us; who lift us up, who catch us when we fall, we laugh together, throw confetti together. we’re here to be vulnerable, being there for one another, compassion, stories by the daylight. this is home. || instagram: @twofuspod
welcome to the fifties! this baby’s about how we’re all storytellers, how we always got stories and we’ll always listen, how I’ve created space, and how this podcast wasn’t supposed to be a big part of me, but this just happened. and I’m not complaining. I’m grateful for all of you, and I admire the way this podcast has grown, how I’ve grown, how we’ve grown. it feels so surreal, and whether or not you listen to podcasts: stories are everywhere. let’s have fun collecting stories, sharing stories, and loving stories. happy fiftieth episode! and I hope you enjoy your stay with us. with hope looking forward, your host :D

each chapter comes across a mini era where we can’t help but sit down and just sigh. we go down and play, clear our heads. this episode is me clearing my head and exploring mundane thoughts, but to me, they’re extraordinary ideas. these ideas I have, can I fulfill them? am I choosing depth or distance? safety or growth? the amusing bits of being too curious, and being absurd, because sometimes you gotta give yourself the closure you need. I think I’m at that space in my chapter. I’m still not sure what to call this chapter I’m currently writing, for now— I’ll probably call it “listening to my mochi where mochi is been inspired by the dash and lily tv series.
being young, wild, and free is easier said than done, but experiences encourage us to see sunrises and sunsets with different sunglasses. welcome to a new season, mes amies. these next twelve episodes explore mundane yet extraordinary moments, growing old but young at the same time, how that’s one of the most beautiful things in the world. together, we’re removing our safety net and looking at the world, day-by-day. you’re my present.
I asked you guys what songs described your 2021, I also added songs that described my 2021. woohoo! this was one mind-blowing year, filled with heartache, victories, old friendships, new chapters, people changing, time-traveling faster, and childlike confetti (ft. burnout). I hope this playlist celebrates our resilience, determination, ache, striving for the daylight, and encourages us to heal and keep moving forward because we’re a powerhouse. no one to stop us, especially not us. here are 21 songs for 2021. enjoy! :)
now genuinely, happy new year (still early) — this is a little piece I wrote to poetically believe in the life lessons I’ve learned this year. this is my love letter to 2021, and I hope you can find solace in this story of mine. we’re all such gorgeous fighters, I hope you hang onto hope and I hope you keep fighting for things and values you stand by. darling, we’ve come this far, and I couldn’t be more proud of us. there are also special songs embedded in this story because I am writing my chapter, and none of my chapters are complete without music. this is my chapter of 2021— game over. stay well, stay safe, and hydrated. lots of love, sahaanaa <3
and that’s another episode in the bag of season four :) — this is a short story I wrote, inspired by the beach and christmas traditions. thank you to one of my closest friends who recommended the idea of the beach and christmas traditions, you’re awesome! merry belated christmas, and I wish you an early happy new year. let your imagination carry you into worlds you’ve never been before. lots of love <3 | ps. I believe ‘love actually’ is a christmas film :)
(takes a deep breath in and out) hello mes amies, I hope y’all are taking care of yourselves, staying hydrated and secure. this baby explores the wilderness of collecting pieces of our loved ones with us; we’re an entire universe; hoping that this podcast becomes a safe space for all of us out there. this reminds me of the day I wanted to start this podcast, which at the beginning was to be there for you all, but then it’s slowly becoming a part of me that I want to grow old with, this podcast makes me trust myself and love myself a lot more, which I am grateful for. and I am grateful for you guys too. we’re a collection of stories, stacked up in our museum, open and closed— all for us because we’re so much more. you have my heart and hopes in your hands :)
hello ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another book-inspired episode. more like, the starless sea by erin morgernstern. this is our narrative, when do we realize we’re too late or too early? what is ‘too late’ and ‘too early’? this episode explores pretty places in a book that holds stories, connections, and love in a world where fire and water collide. tune in to the episode to discover if you’re a listener of stories (acolytes), a speaker of stories (keeper) or you love to protect stories (guardians). lots of love, sahaanaa :)
welcome to another episode mes amies! I asked a few of my friends whether they’d love to master one thing for the rest of their life or try different things for the fun of it. I share the results and how both mindsets bring out the best in us and we just feel great doing what we wanna do. for anyone who asks us “what do we wanna do in the future? let’s just say that “you’ll have to find out, and walk out confidently. check out this ted talk on passion projects - link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=597Ut71Z9Pk
hi mes amies, as much as I am nervous, I am grateful for the way I have grown as a person with anger. anger is the side that is undercover most of the time, and I hope that this episode marks the new beginning of our closeness, of the way we’ve blossomed as people and that anger is a feeling that you’re more than welcome to feel. this baby explores my revelation with anger, how feeling angry is mostly been shunned because you need to control it or either “it’s not a big deal — I want you to know that at that moment, you felt anger, it needs to come out somewhere, please don’t keep it down inside of you, I believe in you and I know it’s not easy to deal with rage but as an empath, me feeling anger makes me relieved because this is me saying that I deserve more. anger is the side of you that loves you, wants the best of you. this baby explores the lines and rage from the bottom to the top. lots of love, your host :D || ps: feeling anger will always be a work in progress, there’s so much more to learn. fighting!
aloha! mes amies! uncertainty is not easy to deal with, especially if it’s overwhelming. this baby explores the wilderness of black and white films and photos, color photos, how we can beautifully express ourselves with colors, rather than the constraints of black and white. how when you got a blank canvas, all you gotta do is paint— paint as yourself, all of you. lots of love, your host :)
hello, mes amies, welcome to another episode— where we get to know more about the host. I found these 26 aesthetic questions on nightmarevirgo's tumblr page, here's the link: https://nightmarevirgo.tumblr.com/tagged/questions and since I love the sea, I thought I'd indulge in and share some stories with y'all. so sit back, relax, and let the seascape sparkle your imagination. do you know what's beyond the horizon line? || ps: here's the youtube video on the channel 'odg' with sik-k, and the song 'darling', check it out :) — https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kLlP_f7jMic ||
mes amies (runs to you and gives you a big warm hug) - and as much I keep saying ep.38 when this is actually ep.39 — I'm back with some incoherent thoughts on embracing growth and coming out of comfort zones, random feelings, and changing thoughts. I may have started somewhere and ended somewhere else, but that's how conversations with friends go. healing takes a whole while and I'm grateful this journey does. in a nutshell, this episode is filled with confident pep talks, a pretty naive sixteen-year-old sharing stories with hope and reverence. cheers to all of us who are blossoming, to all of us who are healing, and even to all of us who just need a stepping stone to fight for our hopes and dreams. fighting!! :)
imagine you're reading 'the last letter from your lover' by jojo moyes, and as winter is sneaking into our homes, let's make ourselves warm with love and you put this playlist on shuffle. or even if you aren't reading the book but wanna dance or dream, here are a few songs curated by moi that vibe with the book and beyond. enjoy! ps. earphones are needed :)

welcome to the first episode of season four, mes amies. I hope you're all taking care of yourselves, and this baby's easing into the theme of crackling fire by feeling at home (but also comfortable with the uncomfortable) with people and/or places. you could take the word 'home' literally or metaphorically and as much as we ache to yearn or lean on to someone, sometimes we can find a home in ourselves too. in a nutshell, this episode explores what does home feel, sound, smell like to you; homesickness; people and places, and how we are all connected. sending lots of love <3
welcome to a new season, mes amies. here's a mini unspoken reverie I wrote: filled with all sorts of shenanigans, ones that made me believe in the fire inside of me. that there's no looking back now. i am home, wherever that may be. I hope this season encourages us to sparkle and sizzle, go out into the unknown, and embrace. let it all naturally evolve. a whole new perspective. feeling alive, living life like there's nothing holding me back. holding us back.
and we've made it! the final episode of season three. this baby's all about feeling alive vs existing (being behind the scenes). alive and existing, how both worlds are radiant in their own way. despite the world hustling through their own wavelength, it can be quite intimidating to follow our own. I am starting to embrace and heal my 'body half-asleep' journey, would you love to come along? || season four starts on december 11, 2021.
we're made of stars! mes amies, doesn't that amaze you? (throws confetti). this baby's all about my respect for those who desire to be aspiring scientists, or wholeheartedly admire/are passionate about bio and chem (specifically) — I do love physics, physics is the soft spot, and how we have the cosmos inside of us. we have a lot of planets, galaxies for every moment we encounter. we're all star children and I am grateful that the stars have exploded to make you feel alive. enjoy this episode with reverence and awe. let's stargaze together :)
this quote is from the book 'the atlas six' by Olivie Blake. welcome, mes amies to a sparkling episode where I (incoherently, and stutteringly) describe my intrigue for the book and how the characters made me feel and reflect on human souls, how we are our ecosystems. we keep starting over, we keep hyping ourselves up. I hope you give this book a chance, and I hope you give knowledge a chance too. sending lots of love, your host— sahaanaa :) || ps: here's the Ted-Ed video on the Library of Alexandria —https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jvWncVbXfJ0
mes amies :) — this is a heartfelt letter to music, and me trying to find the right words to describe how music makes us all feel. we all feel infinite, feeling humane, from one human (musicians) to another (us, including them). here's the 'sunbbang' video (the live band hits home): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blCzhOIuQFc — we start from singing, to live bands, to starting a band, all the way to how music amplifies parts of us imperfectly and dancing is an art form that expresses ourselves through movement. if this isn't us being wholesomely radiant, then I don't what is.
welcome! to a more fulfilled heartfelt letter to ambition, you, me, us. this begins from incoherent thoughts, what to look forward to for future episodes, and landing on me shedding the skin that settles for less. our potential is so much more and is grateful for the fiery ambition that has smeared upon us. this baby's all about opening the heart to ambition and that it's never too late to open potential and engaging in the fact that it's okay to have no sense of direction. this is me surprising you, and trust me when I say this. I'd be the proudest if you surprise people, showing up no matter what. guess what though? I am still proud of you, of me, of us—this is a champagne moment!! :)
mes amies, this baby's a heartfelt love letter to flowers, my friends, you, and I. this may be more towards flowers, but I'd love to say that I am grateful for y'all tuning in. it means a lot :) — flowers have always been a source of solace for me, and I always knew that there's no specific persona or stereotype to be a florist. to all the florists, or us, who dream of being surrounded by flowers and reading a book under the sunlight—we're radiant and flowers will always be embodiments of seasons. cheers to change, and growth. || ps: here's the link: https://www.goodhousekeeping.com/home/gardening/g2503/surprising-flower-meanings/?slide=19
mes amies, this is new to me — and boy it does feel wonderful (somewhere liberating too) to discuss wildly; the biggest topic that is this baby :) — we have so many sides and worlds to us, that sometimes we feel different when we're around people. sometimes it happens without warning, and sometimes we just feel like we wanna combust into confetti or flames. this baby is all about aching to share pieces of us that feel dainty to tearing up and our souls telling us "I am glad that you are glad," in the softest ways possible. stay gorgeous, however, that may be.
I know, it's been a while mes amies. this baby is all about the feels for the biggest dream: opening a guesthouse. it began from my love for sharing and interacting with people, all the way to indulging in the idea for my business class. this also zooms into my love for physics and how it correlates to the opening of the guesthouse. future me, if you're listening to this - I hope this stays with you, with love - forever and always. mes amies, I also believe that there's something that ignites within all of you. fighting! :)
hola darlings :D - this baby may have been recorded on a tuesday, but is released on a saturday - but I've finished 'the giver of stars' by jojo moyes. this was one of the books that I wanted to read and shared with y'all on episode 21. I love the episode with my whole heart, I highly recommend it. I'd let your ears wander with the whistle of the wind and the loveliness of libraries and traveling back in time with women :D || your eyes tell (orchestra ver). link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bxdj0ot3gtc&list=PLE_jgOxi4z6IsBFg331svwEhJpnr_qjMe&index=12. || here's 'hope for soul' youtube channel (check their playlists out, it's chefs kiss) - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCng3T37ntB7uoZkJfkjE7Hg. || also spoiler alert begins from 19:00 mins to 20:00 mins.
bonjour mes amies!! (smiles) you're more than welcome to take a moment to reflect on how you feel. this baby's all about the first times; why first times are always cherishable, the moments where we remember almost all of it. on the other hand, first times bring this certain feeling that we wanna hold on to, but the more we do it, there's always something that holds us back. that could even be our inner voice worming through. so - when was the last time you did something for the first time?
hola, mes amies!! I feel like this episode is me pouring out after season one. in this episode I found little pleasures to feel alive with, regardless of how this past week went. I hope we don't stay too comfortable because life's full of adventures and recklessness. live wildly mes amies, and feel yourself whenever you want to. you're your own main character, and we all got our character arcs and developments. I am rooting for all of us. mwah! || ps: the intro song, copyright 101 - all credits go to the owner :)
mes amies, welcome to the first episode of season three. we're easing into the cassette aesthetic by talking about my little ideas and dreams that have been jogging in my head but finally saying it out loud. this baby's filled with small to big ones - hopefully planning on starting something, and I hope you reflect on your reveries too. take a moment to just feel what you wanna feel, and motivating ourselves to just screw the starting problem and do it! lots of love, your host - sahaanaa :)
welcome to a new season, mes amies. I may not be as awesome when it comes to reading stories out loud, like those audiobooks; but I wrote this dainty story with the feeling of every time I listen to the podcast. how there's this empowering sensation spriting through me. every time I say 'sun' it's a nickname for the name 'sunny' and this story's fictional, although it can be inspired by real-life events at home (winks). I hope you take a moment to observe how you've grown, and how you're growing. this baby's the beginning of the times where I'd love to record all the episodes in this season and keep them all in a box filled with cassettes. live your life wildly :D
imagine: your restart button; light glistening from the horizon; back to school playlist; the shuffle button; dance party; disco lights; vivid colors of your bedroom; your head bopping to each beat; make sure the entire world knows you're over the moon; music unites people, despite the style being a different language; 14 songs that hype us all - I hope you have a lovely stay at daybreak (the first glimpse of sunlight) :D || Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976; allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. welcome back to the second (out of the three) back-to-school series. welcome to 'daybreak!' I hope we're all staying well, and getting ready for going to school, college, or even finding a job (scratches neck). this baby's filled with three chapters: firstly, back to school supplies; secondly, how has the pod journey been so far; finally, whether I will continue this pod or not when school starts :D. I know this style usually comes in video format, but I wanted to try something new and encourage you to let your imagination go wild alongside my poetic (but not-so-poetic) description of the supplies. lots of love, your host - sahaanaa.
welcome! mes amies, to the first (of the three) back to school series. I am telling you, this isn't a sponsored episode, it's just me exclaiming with delight about stories that motivate us to be better versions of ourselves. masterchef australia season 13 has been one of the best things I have watched (and still am watching) this summer, and it's amazing how the chefs' stories are motivations and they hold their determination to not give up. similarly, I share my mini-chapters as well as hints that could relate to your own stories so when you feel low; reminding yourself of why you started can give you a kickstart to your engine, especially during academics. so what's your story?
hELlOO mes amies :D - I hope we're all making the best of the summer, staying well, and taking care of ourselves and our loved ones. this baby's filled with five books I am anticipating reading, like aching to go through. these books might bring out the best of me, and might make me feel so much, but it's so worth it. anyways, you're more than welcome to hear me exclaim with delight and stumble across dimensions. also, I do give teensy spoilers about the film 'the last letter from your lover' so that's a disclaimer. all in all, you do you, mes amies. lots of love, your host - sahaanaa. || ps: credits to @huntresszafira on instagram and SEAW3EDBRA1N on twitter as well (for the gilded wolves post)
hi, mes amies :D - imagine if we danced everywhere we went. I hope this mix of songs can indulge that wholeheartedly. these are songs that have been my constant jam every time I come back to them, they radiate the 'ah, it's been a while' vibe. no particular reason. happy episode twenty mes amies! don't forget to have fun, stay safe, and hydrated. lots of love, your host - sahaanaa. | | Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976; allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. hello mes amies, this is me just being raw at midnight, but in another dimension, we're going out to get some coffee (or any drink you prefer, water sounds like a plan too) - this baby's filled with ten tumblr-styled posts I have saved according to the themes you guys sent inspiration from. I hope this radiates some hope that you can go outside with your friends, have fun - or even take yourself out. darling, I hope these tumblr-styled posts from instagram open your eyes to greater beauty out there, especially in you. heck, even I have learned a lot in such a short period of time!! :D || thank you to @deadpoetsheart, @haharecover.y, @intrxpide, @sadmoonfairy, @thishappypage, @trashandtypos, @thegirlthatcriesacademia, and @psychopathicnarc on instagram!!
hello mes amies! happy saturday!! :) - I hope we're all ready to go down the nostalgia lane because this baby's a tribute to our younger selves. I discuss how growing up can be pretty daunting, but also feel accomplished for coming this far. we are here today because of the experiences we have been through when we were younger (during our childhood days). may this episode motivate you to embrace all of you, especially the inner child in you. we love it when we ignite sides of us that no one knows about. tee hee. lots of love, your host - sahaanaa :D
anneyonghaseyo mes amies! hope you're all feeling well because this is where the heat begins. from k-pop all the way to watching show me the money 9 during my exam season and shifting towards k-hip-hop and k-RnB. this is where we're at mes amies! I share my passion for k-hip-hop and how it holds my temper self yet at the same time gives me a warm hug and dances unapologetically. if there's something I have realized is how we're all bad news, we all have sides that say "I am here, be scared," in the coolest way - or like "look at me now, I suppose there's something called 'run'" type-a-aesthetic. you get the gist. it's empowering. this baby was inspired by the song 'bad news cypher vol.2' by lilboi (ft. takeone) - listen to this song, you'll feel like you wanna punch the wall and feel good. trust me :D || all rights and credit go directly to its rightful owners. || ps: here's the link I was talking about: https://www.soompi.com/article/1375945wpp/17-korean-hip-hop-artists-to-jump-start-your-new-decade
happy weekend, mes amies - I hope we're all doing brilliant. this baby's filled with my everlasting love for nature. when I recorded this, I finished 'where the crawdads sing' by delia owens, and coincidentally one of the days I was reading the book, this article on nature came on the newspaper - so I felt like this was my time to shine. I love how this turned out (irrespective of the lil glitch). so mes amies, this is me trying not to give spoilers on 'breathless' by jennifer niven and 'where the crawdads sing' by delia owens; just unleashing the depths of me, and just feeling all over because that's just how we work. that's just how I admire how messy we can be. if the ending feels rushed, it's maybe because my excitement got the best of me. who knows? there might even be a part two - no promises tho. have fun! your host - sahaanaa :D || ps: here's the article link I was talking about: https://www.khaleejtimes.com/long-reads/when-nature-talkshellip-you-listen
this baby's for everyone who fights battles when they are actually your beauty mark, your way of feeling yourself. this is also the first episode with a lovely guest speaker who spoke her truth on all sorts of feelings and extra stories related to her superpower. just because you're different, doesn't make you limited to the same privileges and luxuries everyone else has. you just have a unique voice to get there, that's your biggest asset. obviously, it takes a while to love yourself because of it, but you still have opportunities where there are endless possibilities. you also have a lovely support system, you got yourself. what's there to hide? you are not obligated to fit in, just encourage yourself to welcome all sorts of feelings. you are brave in every single way possible and you don't need to be superman (or superwoman) to prove it. we love you, we acknowledge you, and stay yourself. : D
helloooo mes amies!! I hope we're all awesome, staying safe, and staying hydrated!! this baby has the longest episode name in all of the wonders of our history. but anywho- this one's quite a dish dash on feelings, specifically through space and time. even if this may incline a part two, by all means - this baby is filled with the attitude by how when we need the time and space- and how we're allowed to have the time and space to feel ourselves. this basic plotline is that whenever you feel like you're losing yourself or can't hold on - you're more than welcome to take all the time you need to bring yourself back. and if that means you need the space (whether it's mentally, physically, or emotionally) then so be it. as always, I love you - your host, sahaanaa.
mes amies, how are we all today?? take a day off, and be there for yourself. this baby's inspired by the moment where my art teacher was asking us about our sense of place and how we can use art to feel all of it. this one's for all the artists (visual, theatre, dance, all kinds - you're all welcome here!) you don't have to feel obligated to share your voice through art to your audience, you can speak your voice unapologetically - because each person interprets art in different ways and we're all unique that way. so I hope this episode lights a fire in you about your sense of place and art as a whole. oh! also, our household is always lively, so hearing all sorts of sounds is amusing and I live for it - hence me finding the right time to record is not as easy, so thank you for bearing with me :D || ps: here's the ted-talk I was referring to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7TXEZ4tP06c
mes amies!! welcome to a new season - well this was just on an impulse. this was a mini-story I wrote to uplift myself and how I was having this urge to visit the beach and stand by the ocean, watch the waves caress the shore, and let my inner voice unwind with me. I hope that I could make more daydreams like this one - this lovely one. may the new season unfold new parts of us and not look back. because what's there to hide??
this baby is a surprise! so sUrPrIse! how did that make you feel (smiles the whole nine yards)?? well I needed this booster, I hope this also boosts you to smile unapologetically. please believe that there are endless possibilities in you - and just let yourself have the wildest adventures - it starts from your world and then reaches everyone else's world. you're as important as you give yourself credit for - believe that whatever parts of you - you share are super incroyable - most importantly, I want you to believe that your smile makes my heart flutter endlessly and the fact that you have an amazing smile shouldn't stop you from being there for yourself.
happy weekend mes amies! I hope you're all well and staying safe. this baby may mark the voice of the host just venting on change - and how I am just fighting/speaking out loud about how change is not as easy to understand and/or predict, but that's what makes change special. if change were a person or your best friend - how would you treat it? how would you make them feel? this baby is about how the change will be that person who values your space, your principles, and values - the person who will shield you as well as trip you so you can learn to pick yourself up. sending lots of love, your host - sahaanaa.
this baby marks the celebration of the tenth episode (ft. the water fountain). woah, it's surreal; the cool effect from the speaker to the microphone is just dreamlike. it's something new hence I thought it would be rad to have a radio-themed style (with khiphop and kr&b music) and just celebrate all of us. put this out loud, let this episode be the reward to your victories, whether small or big. we've all come so far, so let's make a toast. pause what you're doing and just throw confetti, party with yourself doing random things. we all deserve a break. this one's for you guys! sending lots of love, your host - sahaanaa. also, for 'nono' by loopy (ft. simon dominic) (prod. code kunst) it may seem like there's more to the song, but I stopped there because that's where the stage had stopped as well. watch the video on mnet- it's awesome :) || ps: here's the spotify link to the radio playlist - if I plan to make more episodes like this one, all music goes in this one → https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3akgPbUE6fzB1YIcajrCi7?si=78e597649f914c09 || Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976; allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. happy saturday!! this baby's the confidence breaker. the kind that opens up on shocking people. no, not the kind of shock that makes you faint or feel bad about it. but the kind that makes people look at you differently, with understanding that you're so much more than people set you out to be. the kind that makes you feel good in your own skin, unfolding that untouched potential and throwing it like confetti because you deserve so much more for how much hard work you put out into the world. not only do you prove people wrong, but you get to feel worth it. contrarily, there might be this pressure of having to reach up to those same expectations you've shocked people with, and you don't have to reach them. as long as you know that you're someone who approves of what you do. go surprise people darling, and go create yourself into the person you aspire to be. sending virtual hugs, your host - sahaanaa.
man, this baby's filled with my admiration for our doctors, nurses, students who ache to join the field of medicine. if you're someone who's still figuring your fields out, you're more than welcome to hear me exclaim with delight about the field. I myself, am not someone who would like to join the field of medicine just because I know I will get distracted and emotionally attached, especially as someone who is a nomad for ideas. this is also my huge, hUGE love for the kdrama hospital playlist. this one's such an eye-opener, it's the reason I wanted to record this episode. I believe it really makes you better understand hospitals as a whole, with a tinge of humor, relationships, family, and surgeries. the band aspect of this kdrama is such a wholesome idea, you better listen to this episode (and watch the kdrama) to know what's up. as always, love y'all - your host, sahaanaa. || ps: you may watch the hospital playlist here: https://dramacool.fm/search?type=movies&keyword=hospital+playlist || also, here's a video where you may get to know the hospital playlist cast better, and just laugh (although you might wanna watch this after you've watched season one!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyMxVidatBo
the summer episodes are here :D how are we all this week? this one's like a confession sess (well not really, but maybe because this is where I discuss ideas that run deep inside me) so grab a cup of coffee (hence the slurps now and then)- we explore more details about this podcast, the raw and honesty, the exploration of wondering with feelings rather than thinking. also, super wild ideas like being a radio jockey, how feelings are bound to change, "in the heights" film, the idea of creating a project where we talk about our el suenitos. finally, the idea of creating a rap club in our school. cheerios! your host - sahaanaa.
this baby was recorded during the pride month, regardless every day should be filled with pride - (ft. the lovely water fountain in the background) let's admire and appreciate the vast yet exquisite community. the LGBTQIA+. if I must be honest, I have just begun to explore and value the community - it's something I don't want to be ignorant about - and I love how this community has the desire to communicate and desire to be loud rather than be silent. this baby is the beginning of a new sub-journey that I will keep wandering off on. I would love to hear your stories, anything, and everything. sending lots of love, your host - sahaanaa. || ps: here's the ted talk video I mentioned: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oa6AnOCQD50
heck yeah! this baby's about love, mes amies :) (ft. the exquisite nature, and the wind) - my love for nature always stands by me. no one can take that away from me. on the days towards this episode, I discovered bits and pieces of thoughts when it comes to love - and how it's not just to one person, or more, but it's beyond. turned out that I felt complete after recording this, it's something I had in my chest, and got it out. it's a topic I will never stop gushing about, and I take pride in that. I am grateful that I am loved, and there is love floating in my surroundings. sending lots of love, your host - sahaanaa.
when I say your girl's getting confident, it's a work in progress. let's plan our dreams together, you're more than welcome to scribble, doodle, take a stroll, do what you wanna do. there's no pressure to dream how small or big you want to, nor there are any restrictions. this baby was recorded during Ramadan, so Happy (late) Ramadan Kareem. sending lots of love, your host - sahaanaa.
welcome to one of my favorite episodes (ft. the lovely water fountain in the background). this self-discovery is officially one of my best discoveries. I just love how passion is something that keeps us sane in this insane world, the way we light up - the way we feel like no one can stop us. even if no one's listening, too bad! we've got our groove on. if you're someone who's still figuring it out, this baby is just out there to mainly exclaim with delight with my love for the language of passion, for the smallest things, for the biggest things, and everything beyond. sending lots of love, your host - sahaanaa.
this is a spontaneous episode, where we break down the universe within me - and how I feel about all sorts of emotions and potential. including my gut instinct. ideally, this episode is where we go in our pace to create ourselves and not sway for anyone else. you're not just one word, or one thing - or one feeling - you're so much more, and I hope this episode can be the start of something. you've become my safe place. aloha! - please excuse the pressure cooker, the chair, the washing of the vessels, a bit of Tamil, and my grandfather. we're just an awesome Indian household :) - sending lots of love, your host - sahaanaa. || ps: this is the article of thought catalog: https://thoughtcatalog.com/amber-campion/2021/02/this-recipe-for-self-love-will-remind-you-of-the-love-you-deserve/
do you ever feel like you've taken the wrong train, but throughout the journey, you feel like the discomfort, the healing, the blehness you've been through was worth it? it made you feel like you belong where you are right now, right here. this episode is featuring start-up: the kdrama, and bits and pieces of crash landing on you. this baby's pretty low on volume, so you might (actually you have to) wear earphones while listening to this (and all of the episodes to be honest). sending lots of love, your host - sahaanaa.
well, well, well - here we are y'all! The amount of times I have recorded the intro is insane, so this is just the result of what I call - a great entrance. This still makes me smile at how this just flew out of me like a river. no regrets. I hope we're all on this journey together, so let's celebrate.. a new beginning!
