October marked the beginning of a new session of the US Supreme Court. Abortion was a hot topic for last session. Could having the right to tell a joke or do a parody be a hot topic this time around?
Parody, if you didn’t know, is protected by the 1st Amendment. And by protected, that means that government officials shouldn’t be able to arrest you and throw you in jail for telling a joke or doing a parody.
Yet, in Novak v. City of Parma, Anthony Novak was thrown in jail for doing just that. This 1st Amendment rights case deals with protections for humor and parody, especially in the realm of political speech. In 2016, Anthony Novak created a fake Facebook page but then deleted the page 12 hours later. If illegal immigrants show up outside your door, what are you to do? The answer may be different depending on which state you’re in. If you have children in a government school system, we encourage you to get them out. Many states are looking at a school choice system where parents can pull their children from a government school and the “money follows the child”. Basically; the state money earmarked for that child’s education can instead be self-directed by the parent. The question then becomes, is it Constitutional for parents to use money from the state to send their children to a religious based school?
Fortunately, the U.S. Supreme Court just answered that question with a resounding Yes!On June 21, 2022 the Supreme Court ruled on Carson v. Makin. This decision reaffirmed that programs providing money for public school tuition can also be used for religious schools as well. To be a defender of the Constitution, you need to understand the enemy. A perfect example: this past weekend in Cour d’Alene Idaho. 31 arrests were made after police found what appeared to be a group ready to crash an LGBTQ+ pride rally. They were booked on misdemeanor charges of conspiracy to riot. Law enforcement recovered shields, shin guards, and a smoke grenade in the rented U-Haul truck. Reports have been coming out that this is a white-nationalist group called “Patriot Front”. However, don’t rule out that this could be a set up by the FBI. Semantics or the words you choose, have very specific meanings. One example is how the Media uses “Local Police” and “Law Enforcement” interchangeably. Even though they seem similar, they are very different.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals strikes again! This time, again on a Saturday, it reaffirmed its stay order from the previous week to stop the Biden administration from implementing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate through OSHA.
The same week our interview with Dr. Robert Malone went viral on Rumble, who called the vaccinations the “largest experiment on human beings in the history of the world.”
Yet, during the same week, 30 Democrats wrote a letter to President Biden encouraging him to impose a vaccine mandate on domestic air travel prior to the holidays. They wrote, “Many Americans remain reluctant to spending extended periods of time in enclosed public
spaces due to the risk of COVID-19 exposure.” They say a mandate would help the tourism and hospitality industries to recover faster.

The reality is that the Republican party won by about a 2 percent margin. This means that almost half of the population of Virginia votes, essentially, to support the socialistic agenda.
The left is good at organization. As for conservatives…well it hasn't been their strong-suit lately. Did you know there are Maoist organizations planted throughout America? They are here with a purpose: to promote the idea among the poor, minorities, and immigrants that free services are for all, and that there should be leveling of incomes. Organizations like these have been changing voting patters in favor of the democratic party. The question is, what can conservatives do to help combat this?

Finally, Biden announced a “code red for humanity” and pledged to finance $100 billion “to support climate action in developing nations.” The money, of course, will come out of Americans’ pockets. Tempers have been escalating at school board meetings this year more than ever. So much so, that Biden's Department of Justice issued a directive to the FBI on October 4th, instructing them to prepare cracking down on upset parents in attendance. The order was issued in response to a complaint from a leftist group. One can only assume that those targeted on the FBI’s list will be those against Critical Race Theory and transgender men in woman’s sports.

There's more than meets the eye when it comes to the recent withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan. For example, did you know that the Afghan War was led by Council on Foreign Relations members, including Gen Patraeus?
For those unaware, he was the head of the CIA and was forced to resign after being caught in a sex scandal. He went from there to heading up the plan of the CFR for uniting North America, the United States, Canada, and Mexico, into a single country which would abrogate the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution with its Bill of Rights.
Now we have witnessed the fall of the Afghan government and the rapid sweeping advancement of the Taliban across all of Afghanistan. In addition, we have left behind millions and millions of dollars of military equipment now in the hands of the Taliban, including some of the latest technology in military equipment. It will be the last one before sentencing. Pastor Chojecki faces 5 years in prison.
