Called to serve as the Director of Missions at the Northwest Louisiana Baptist Association in 1983, Rev. Bruce Parrish has traveled a long way since his boyhood paper route. His kids and grandkids all know his favorite saying, ”My Father has cattle on a thousand hills,” but some of his personal experiences have been repeated less frequently. This is his story.
Bruce Parrish gets experience in sales and public speaking before finally yielding to the call to become a minister.
