What does it really take to go from being the underdog to building a multi-million dollar global business?
In this episode of Revenue Without Borders, I sit down with Jay Veal, a 19-time award-winning entrepreneur who turned the challenges of growing up as a military kid into fuel for building impact. From moving across countries and starting over again and again, to launching Inc. Now, after graduating from a Silicon Valley accelerator as one of only two Black founders in his cohort, Jay is building BrightMatch, an AI-powered platform matching students with tutors based on learning styles. But this conversation isn’t just about business success—it’s about the loneliness of entrepreneurship, the myth of balance, and why breaking systemic barriers matters more than ever.
If you’ve ever wondered whether you have what it takes to push through challenges and build something with global impact, this episode is for you.

She was kicked out as a pregnant teen.
Labeled “worthless.”
Lost custody of her kids because of poverty.
Faced setback after setback—including losing her photography business, caregiving for parents with Alzheimer’s, and dealing with family rejection.
Yet every single obstacle became fuel for her comeback.
In this raw and powerful conversation, Tracey answers the questions keeping so many women up at night:
Tracey shares how a TSA agent calling her cupcakes “a potential explosive” turned into a viral moment that catapulted her brand onto Shark Tank—and changed her life.

About Jim Rogers
In 1990 Jim and his friend Tabitha set out to circle the globe on a pair of BMW motorcycles. Not simply to travel, but to learn about the worlds developing countries and investment markets by actually seeing them from the ground up.
It took twenty-two months, but together they drove 105,000 kilometres on land and travelled thousands more on sea, air, barge and rail links across six continents, setting a world record for land travel on the way. Investment Biker is the story of this amazing trip, and it’s about the world economy and society – who’s sinking and who’s swimming, which countries are on the rise and which are collapsing, where you can make a million and where you could lose one. Every place he stopped in the trip, Rogers talked to businessmen, bankers, investors, and regular people, and learned reams of information that you’d never learn from reading the financial pages or any periodicals.
All in all, it’s quite a ride. Investment Biker not only thrills with its account of the journey of a lifetime but provides the tips that just might allow you to pay for a trip just like it.

In this episode, I chat with behind-the-scenes celebrity publicist and newly minted founder in Web3, Amanda Archer who is bridging her experience in Hollywood with Web3 technology by launching the First Ape Wives Club. We talk about the NFT's utility but also delve into the motivation behind creating such a product for her community.
Amanda Archer
Hollywood publicist and producer Amanda Archer is the CEO & Founder of Web3 development incubator, Women of the Metaverse (WOTM). The creative studio — which supports women founders entering Web3 — is launching the first Hollywood access and luxury travel NFT utility project, First Ape Wives Club (FAWC) in 2022. Archer is the CEO and co-founder of FAWC, bringing never-before-seen utility to NFTs with her access to the entertainment industry and her partnerships in luxury travel. Amanda has worked with some of the world’s most prominent names and media outlets in Hollywood including Michael Jackson, Paris Hilton, Hugh Hefner, Priscilla Presley and Mick Jagger. As a female leader in Web3, Amanda has been featured in Blockworks, Blockster, and Edge of NFT.
First Ape Wives Club
