In this episode, Host Eric (Gus) and Jenny Martin, Director of Operations at Yoga Brain, discuss the definition of yoga. Historically her yoga journey. The SoberAF (alcohol-free) yoga session Eric led for Yoga Brain in May of 2022. The rise of the Sober Curious movement and the AF movement where Jenny teaches yoga currently and the style she teaches. Other local yoga instructors are mentioned as well as studios and yoga styles. How can one make a living or break even by putting on a festival and at the same time promote the healing modality that is YOGA. Yoga Brain is hosting a yoga festival in St Joseph, Missouri September 23rd and 24th, and 25th. This is a three-day event where folks can camp or commute.
