Ruted in Nourishment, is a podcast that will guide listeners on a journey in exploring what brings them nourishment through storytelling. The purpose of the show is to share stories that will offer nourishment guidance for our body, mind, and spirit as well as explore how we can better nourish our communities and the earth.
In this episode Rachel gives thanks to her guests and reflects on the healing it’s offered her during the process of creating it. She shares a personal story from 2018 when she first experienced extreme physical pain prior to realizing that she needed to listen to what her body was trying to tell her. This leads into a discussion around processing emotions that manifest in our physical body and the concept that sometimes the root of illness begins in the emotional or spiritual body. She then shifts the conversation to the ability to deeply listen to what the body needs in regards to food nourishment and what practices help support her.
