Men are not taught how to effectively journal as it it goes beyond writing about your thoughts and feelings to focus on figuring out the man you want to become. The first step in journaling is to begin with identifying events or situations to be thankful. When we begin the process of becoming thankful and grateful we are opening ourselves to the possibility of learning how to begin viewing situations with an optimistic outlook in taking a negative to take it a positive.
