In this video I’m going to reveal how one of our clients, James S., was able to 4x his income using his “Golden Goose.”

But we taught him the “Golden Goose” concept (that you’ll learn about), and everything began to change.
Before long, he was able to increase his income 4-fold!

How do you break free from a “rut” and shift to a state where you’re continuously improving in every area of life?
This episode is sure to open your eyes and let you walk away with some amazing insights.
In it, I interview one of our long-time clients, Kevin Timms, and he takes us through his journey at JCF coaching.
As you’ll learn, Kevin was doing pretty decent in business… but he felt like he wasn’t capable of growing or moving forward.
He was stressed, anxious, and weary of pursuing bigger opportunities.
In the face of challenges, Kevin found himself consistently retreating to what was “comfortable”... but that led to always feeling like he was just struggling to keep his head above water.
Finally, in a desperate moment, Kevin convinced himself “there has to be a better way.”
He proceeded to reach out to me (he’d been following for a little while) and we started working with him.
This episode shares his journey, and his biggest learning lessons along the way including:
…and a whole lot more.

It’s easy to assume that people who seem to have it all in life are happy.
Their careers are running well, they’re making good money. They’re fit as a fiddle, looking jacked and shredded. They have a good group of friends.
What more could they ask for, right?
But the reality is not all of them can honestly say that they’re happy
Their lives may be looking perfect on the outside, but they‘re empty, lonely and unfulfilled on the inside.
They can afford to do fun things, and own cool stuff but the kind of happiness these things bring are short lived.
They still come home to that dark and lonely place they woke up from this morning.
They have a huge gaping hole inside of them that they don’t know how to fill.
If this kind of narrative is familiar to you, and you’ve been struggling to lead a happy and fulfilled life.. I want you to know that you still have a chance to turn it around.
Join me for this episode and learn how you can be successful inside out and find what makes your heart happy and full, and live an awesome life.
See you in there, legends.
Cheers.

Many of us need a dose of motivation first before getting into action.
When we want to lose fat and live healthy, we would take pre-workouts and watch motivational videos on social media.
When we want to reach success in our careers, we watch success stories and inspirational talks from successful people, and look forward to rewards.
We do anything just to get our blood pumping and feel the high of being motivated.
It helps us dominate and perform very well.
But what happens when that high is over? When the spike of motivation gets sucked out of us?
We get stuck in a rut, and it keeps us from reaching our summit and living the best life we want.
If you find yourself always relying on motivation for success, it’s time for you to breakaway from what’s common.
Learn how you can be uncommon like me and get started by pressing play.
Hope this helps you out.

Whenever we used to get asked as kids what we want to be when we grow up, we were quick to respond with answers– a soldier, a policeman, a doctor, or even a rich businessman.
But as we grow older, we become unsure of the path we should take. We don’t know what we want anymore.
We’re stuck living in the gray area because we haven’t found our purpose. We have doubts and what-ifs constantly circling in our heads.
We’re keeping busy doing everything and anything. But we’re not clear on where we want to go. We stay busy because that’s what we thought men are supposed to do.
We hate a boring and quiet life, but have you ever thought that a boring life could be the best life you’ll live?
Because I’m living in one now, and it’s all happy days with no regrets. But I also had a fair share of ups and downs before I got to this happy place.
Josh Hamilton joins me once again as we talk about what it takes to live an amazing “boring” life and how being in touch with our feminine side can empower us to be the best men we could be.
Hit that play button, and I’ll see you in there, legends.

Do you sometimes wish that everything in your life will just go perfectly, and you won’t have to worry about a single thing?
This is the reality that we have to live with – whether we like it or not, life will never go easy on us.
When times get tough, many of us face the challenges head on. But others choose to look for an escape.
And they usually find it by getting drunk and stoned. They get a kick out of that fun and carefree feeling when everything in their life is going great.
They give in to the happiness and satisfaction alcohol and drugs bring. They lose control and find themselves craving for it all the time.
And they will keep on doing it no matter how terrible the consequences are.
Dealing with addiction is like being trapped by our own monster urges. And getting out of it on our own is next to impossible.
That’s why we’re here, extending a hand to help out.
In this episode, we'll go deep and talk about why and how addiction happens, and how we can overcome it.
And if you’re suffering from it right now, hit on that play button and tune in. This episode is for you.

When we wake up every morning, we are faced with options, and it’s totally up to us what choice we’re going to make.
It’s so easy to just stay in bed, waste time, and let the day pass by.
But do we really want that for ourselves? To settle with what little we have and never strive for more?
To let the fear of taking risks and failure take over our lives and stop us from becoming high performance?
If we want more in life, we have to work for it. We have to go after the things we want. We have to take risks and we shouldn't be afraid of failures.
Living life with regrets is not in the cards for me. I worked hard and smart to be where I am right now.
But I didn’t do it all by myself. I have help from the greatest people I know, including Josh Hamilton, the CEO of my company JCF.
In this episode, Josh joins me as we talk about how we can achieve success, live the best life, and become the best person we want to be.
Smash the play button, and I hope you can pick loads of golden nuggets from this conversation.

Taking a break now and then is an absolute must. We need it.
But if we’re indulging a little longer than we should, and a little too often– that’s the time when it becomes counterproductive.
The funny thing here is that whenever we slack a little bit too much, chances are we are fully aware of it.
Yet we allow ourselves to stay in these blackholes, because they’re comforting. They make us happy, they take us away from our problems and responsibilities.
We’re in a dream that we don’t want to wake up.
That, my friend, is procrastination.
No matter how smart or educated we are, if we happen to be major procrastinators, we’ll never get to where we want to be.
To where we DESERVE to be.
But we can always turn back from this bad habit.
If procrastination is a frequent house guest you’ve been dying to drive away, hit the play button.
Learn the best ways that you can do, to manage your time wisely and optimise your focus.

In this digital age we live in, there is an enemy that hides beneath the surface of our screens.
It is an enemy that silently damages our health, and is overlooked by the millions of things we need to get done in our everyday lives.
Daniel Ebbett is the CEO and founder of BlockBlueLight. He had a career in IT for many years, where his constant exposure to blue light was wearing him down, and ruining his progress.
He couldn’t seem to get rid of his migraines, he developed insomnia, he couldn’t concentrate on what he’s doing.
He was barely performing at his peak.
His frustrations on the lack of solutions in the market inspired him to come up with a product that would help a lot of people going through the same problems as he once long did.
In this episode, we’ll learn from Daniel about the harmful effects that blue light does to our health and our mood. And some really smart choices that we can make to help solve this kind of problem.
There are heaps of golden nuggets to pick up from this conversation, and I’m looking forwards to having you in there

Do you sometimes secretly feel restless, and uncomfortable even if life is going great?
No matter how good your career or business has been doing, your relationships are going, how big your bank account is getting..
You’ve still got that voice in your head telling you that you’re not good enough, you’re not doing enough. Or you don't deserve to be in a good place, or life has just become a bit “MEH”.
And the moment when things go wrong, we become passive. Defeatist. We choose to not do anything about it. We let life sh*t on us.
We go on benders with alcohol, food, drugs, and slump into a deep depression. Anything to keep us company in our misery.
We let everyone down, but we don’t care. We let ourselves down, and we still don’t care.
We cease to take on the challenge, and miss on an opportunity that would make us into the best version of ourselves.
If you find yourself questioning your worth, you’re not alone in this battle.
Hit on that play button because I’m going to let you in on how you can avoid self-destructive behavior, so you can fight whatever curveball life throws your way, and always come out the winner.

Running multiple successful businesses is not an easy job. It will take some time but it’s totally possible if you do it right.
It didn’t happen overnight for Dan Henderson, either.
At a very young age, he had the makings of an entrepreneur, and a knack for creating something out of nothing.
Although his folks wanted him to get a degree that would land him a white-collared job, Dan wanted to try something else.. But what?
Dan thought he’d want to take his shot in the police force among many other things, but his calling seemed nowhere to be found.
Little did he know that his calling was happening in the trunk of his car as a personal fitness trainer.
I sit with Dan as we talk about uncovering the secrets of finding joy, and thriving in a career that we love while keeping our priorities in check.

There are age-old stereotypes that say ‘men shouldn’t cry’
Men shouldn’t show weakness
Men are not allowed to be soft or emotional
But rather men should be fearless
In his journey, Troy Wright crushed his demons by doing exactly what society believed he shouldn’t do as a man.
He proved that men are capable of feelings and that there’s no shame in embracing our emotions.
With determination, he braved through anxiety and depression and won the battle.

Have you ever felt like your life is at a standstill?
Like it’s a never-ending cycle of going to work, coming home, eating
And doing it all over again on a day–to–day basis.
Being lost and having no direction in life
You feel like an absolute sh*t and totally alone.
That’s the predicament Grant Morris was in years ago.
He found himself stuck in a rut,
Not doing anything at all to try and pick himself up
Swallowed up by anxiety and depression.
Until one simple analogy has changed the way he looks at life.
Looking at life in a different perspective made him realize
How much time he has already spent and how much time he only has left in life.
It was the push he needed to finally get up and start working on himself
To be the best version of himself that we know now.
This man is a living, breathing proof to us
That when you hit rock bottom, the only way left is up
And you can only move by getting rid of the negativities weighing you down.
From being in the lowest of the low
To rising and becoming a high-performance man,
Grant shares his inspiring journey with us.

Sometimes it seems that life never seems to run out of challenges
As much as we’d like it to always be happy-happy-joy-joy
It’s almost as if the universe doesn’t want us to win
And wants us to spend the rest of our lives
Miserable and frustrated.
That’s how Ben Kelly thought his life was like.
He had a heap of health problems piling up.
He wasn’t getting anywhere in his career.
He wasn’t happy with his weight,
And it sucked the joy out of him.
It got to a point where he didn’t care to fix it.
Neither did he care that he was taking it out on
Everything and everyone around him.
Because Ben was pretty much over it.
Whenever life seems to always sh*t on us
There’s only two ways go about it
We either let it ruin us
Or improve us.
Fast forward to the present, Ben is a walking ray of sunshine
It’s impossible to imagine how a guy like him
Used to be an irritable and grumpy ol’ fella.
Ben had it with feeling sad and angry all the time,
He wanted to feel something else.
He wanted to feel joy.
He gives credit to the amazing changes in his life
When he turned to gratitude.
It led the way to how his problems can be dealt with.
It led the way to achieving things he never thought he could.
If you’re in a time of your life feeling like you just can’t seem to win,
Then this episode just might be for you.
See you in there, legends.
Cheers.

We’ve all heard the words
“Go big or go home.”
But when it comes to strength training,
Is that all there is?
It’s fulfilling to find yourself stronger than others.
Stronger than you were yesterday.
It’s quite the ego boost when we got all the other fellas to see
That we’re going hard on the weights
And crushing our strength training like a beast..
But do we really need to outwork everybody?
Or is that your ego talking?
You’ll probably feel “amazing” at the beginning.
But to what expense?
My guest Thomas Lilley is here to break the mold
Of how stepping up your powerlifting can only be achieved with bigger deadlifts,
And maxing out everyday at the gym.
Thomas is a phenomenal powerlifter.
He’ll teach us how we can reduce our chances of injury,
Train smarter not harder,
How to be a record-breaking powerlifter, and more!
As we dig deeper into the higher-level concepts of strength training
If you’re one of the guys who want to go further into your powerlifting journey,
Or battling with nagging issues from intense training injuries,
This episode is for you.
See you there, legends.
Cheers.

Are you the man, the father, and the husband you want yourself to be?
Some may say yes,
And others think otherwise.
They wanted to be more,
Strive hard to reach their endless list of goals
While forgetting about keeping close ties with the people important to them.
But is there a way to win at everything?
Can you even break the pattern you’ve been following your entire life?
The truth is
Most men don’t know how to handle relationships very well
Because we focus too much on working hard
And providing for our family.
With that, we also tend to forget about our health and overall wellbeing.
Remember, these are as important as our success.
So, in this episode, I have with me, Toni Versic---
An absolute legend who has been a phenomenal coach to a lot of men.
We’re here to talk about how to have better relationships with your partner, your children, and everyone around you,
Tips to be a better communicator,
And ultimately,
How to just be an awesome and empowered lad in everything that you do!
See you in the episode, legends.
Cheers.

Did you know that pain management isn’t just about feeding and taking in stuff
That will make our condition better?
It’s not just about eating right
Proper medication
Supplementation and all that sort of stuff
Because apparently, we can take all the healthiest things in the world
And still struggle with recovery
Still stay in our pain
If we don’t optimize our body’s waste management?
But when it comes to overall pain management, that’s just the tip of the iceberg
I recently had a chat with one of my idols in medical science
His name is Dr. Perry Nickelston
He is a chiropractic physician focusing on performance enhancement
Corrective exercise and metabolic fitness nutrition
Dr. Perry is also a certified Functional Movement Specialist (FMS), and Selective
Functional Movement Assessment Specialist (SMAS)
I’ve been following this high performance individual since I was in uni
And if there is one thing that Dr. Perry knows like the back of his hand
It would definitely be pain management
He’s another bloke who had a real case of chronic pain
That dragged him down into a deep hole of depression
And entertained thoughts of offing himself out of hopelessness
How he bounced back is completely incredible
It is a mentality that he applied to his new found approach in managing pain
But don’t let his credentials scare you
Dr. Perry explains the intricacies of how our body works
It’s response to pain and recovery
In a really cool way
That even a 12 year old can understand
If you want to hear more on what Dr Perry has to say
And see me fanboy a little over this legend
Hit the play button now and get on with the chat with Dr Perry Nickelston and I
See you in my episode, legends.
Cheers.

In a world full of struggles and unexpected turns
Have you ever told yourself
"F**k it. I’m going in”
And just figure it out along the way?
That is what my guest, Temple Naylor, pretty much did
When he left home at 18.
Wanting to become his own person
And set out his own path to success
Temple did his rounds of tough and countless adventures
Moving from one place to another
And overcoming challenges he was never really prepared for
While keeping the faith of figuring everything out eventually.
And f*ck yeah, he did.
Fast forward to the present, Temple is absolutely crushing life!
They say that when “you fail to plan, you plan to fail”
That you just can't wing it
But how did he manage to do so?
And what pushed him forward day by day?
Tune in to this episode and discover how to become a high-performance man
No matter how many lemons life throws at you.
See you in the episode, legends!
Cheers.

Going on an adventure is exciting
We come home with stories to tell
About all the cool stuff we did
Amazing places we got to see
My guest is Luke Richmond and he’a living-breathing outdoor adventurer
Now we’re not talking about cute little hikes up the hill
Luke has climbed some of the most dangerous summits in the world
Crossing through crevasses in the ice where there’s completely nothing below
Getting saved by the skin of their teeth from a vengeful group of tribesmen in the Pacific
Rowed across the Atlantic for 70 days
Braved sandstorms through the Gobi Desert
The kind of passion that puts one’s life on the line
But these expeditions he puts himself into are more than meets the eye
These are life lessons
A test of one’s self
A gamble of life and death
When we’re alone out in the wild
We make no different from a deer caught in a snowstorm
Mother nature uncovers for us everything else that we’ve never seen
From the beauty of our surroundings to the demons inside of us
The situation forces ourselves to recognize what really matters in life and what doesn’t
I’ve always wanted to have an adventurer to come to my podcast because there’s just so much to learn from them
I’m always happy to live vicariously through their stories
And this episode is definitely all of that
So carry on and I’ll see you in the episode.
Cheers.

Most kids love to play around
Many of them would rather have fun times with friends
But Riley Stewart had a different kind of playful mind
At a very young age, he has already started his quest for greatness
Filling his piggy bank with money he earned on his own,
He set up his first business at 4.
Up to his uni days, he took up a double degree
And became a Construction Engineer at 20.
Although this soon taught him that he can never work for a huge firm
And eventually prompted him to embark on a four-month soul-searching,
A life-changing backpacking trip around Asia,
He discovered the incredible benefits of meditation
And got drunk in what he thought were superpowers that it gives
But soon enough, these spiritual abilities faded away from Riley
This made him realize that there's always physical work to do to get physical stuff
Not too long after that, he found his calling...
That is to lead humankind towards greatness.
Now, Riley’s a successful investor, coach, marketing specialist,
and a multiple business owner at just the age of 24.
I see myself a lot in Riley
I see the kid who wanted nothing but self-improvement
While everyone else chose to f*ck around.
I see the practical youth who’d rather waste money than waste time
A luxury that can never be brought back.
I see the lad who’d go against the waves
Instead of sticking with old damned futile ways.
I know you’ll also see all of these in my podcast with this wonderful man.
Join me in this episode, legends.
Cheers.

Everyone grows old
You, me, all the people around us
Sure, you may have every ounce of energy, time, and money at the moment
But what do you do when all you have is time?
And you’re gradually losing the energy and money you once had?
Have you even thought about it?
While we get past history and live fully in the present,
It is equally essential to prepare for the future
That is why people who learned from others set aside their funds
Or invest in different industries.
But what is the best way to save up for the future,
Take advantage of your superannuation,
And get more than the money you’ve put in?
Broaden your perspective and look into different options,
There’s a lot of them,
And some, you’ll discover in this episode I have with David Johnson
David has been helping people discover better options for their retirement funds
So Australians can live a comfortable life even after retirement
With his assistance, people get leverage out of their superannuation
Listen to the show today, so you can start preparing for what’s ahead of you
See you in the episode, legends!
Cheers.

Every man on this planet wants to get better
Whether it’s about getting better in relationships
Careers, finances, have better homes, cars, health, family life, skills..
Hell, I still want to get better!
But at the end of the day
We can’t just say that we want it
We need to put in the work
And for some guys, that usually happens when they’ve had enough.
Patrick Hilier has had it with being a short-tempered bloke with a weight problem, and social anxiety
He couldn’t even stand having his picture taken
He’d be putting on the pounds drinking 10-12 bottles of piss a day just to bond with the boys
These ugly habits said so much about how he felt about himself
Mirrored the way he treated everyone else around him, most especially his family
Patrick started his journey with JCF a while back and he isn’t hard to miss
Because it just completely blows all of our minds
How this guy does his work to a tee.
I had this guy on my podcast because Patrick has an important message that a lot of us probably need to hear
Joining programs like ours is a great step
But making huge lifestyle changes doesn’t always come easy
Undoing habits we’ve been doing for ages is a struggle
Losing friends we’ve connected with those old habits is part and parcel of making a change.
But we need to always keep it in our heads
That these changes we make is only for our own good
So that we can make a better life for ourselves
And serve others in the process.
I hope you’ll like this episode as much as I did.
So press play and I’ll see you in there, legends.
Cheers.

For most people, myself included, sales can sometimes be a dirty word.
It’s not fun, it’s not enjoyable. It’s basically pressuring people to give their money.
But selling is more than just that.
It’s about bringing value into people’s lives and genuinely giving a sh*t.
These are what allowed Andrew Poulton to go from zero to hero in sales
And run a very high performance sales team.
Throughout his journey, impostor syndrome reared its ugly head multiple times
And he struggled with a mindset of failure.
Now, he has become an absolute legend
Creating a world-class high performance environment and culture where his team thrives.
One of the things that helped him get here was mentorship and a thirst for learning.
We’re similar in this regard—our desire to surround ourselves with people who are absolutely crushing it.
And I agree with him 100% when he says, “If you're learning, you're always far more inspired.”
If you want to get inspired to up your performance as well, smash the play button
And soak up loads of insights from our conversation.
Look forwards to seeing you in the episode, legends
Cheers.

One of the very things that I have in common
With 99% of these high level dudes who’ve been in my podcast
Is that the careers we have now have absolutely nothing to do with whatever degree we went to school for.
We end up finding our niche through experiences or even hobbies that turned into what we loved doing the most, and are making pretty good money out of it.
Kim Barrett had no idea whatsoever about marketing
He never knew he had a knack for it
Until he sent out an email offering ad spaces for a small business he and his dad were running
And found 50k in their PayPal the next day.
Today he is a luminary when it comes to social media marketing.
His company, Your Social Voice, is a multimillion dollar company that serves high ticket companies in Australia, and has made clients grow to 6-7 figures in their business.
Kim has an interesting methodology on hiring the right people for his company
And philosophy of honest and sincere marketing
I’d say Kim is a renaissance man because he’s accomplished so much in his life
I love the way this savage thinks and I just had to have him over for an interview.
Sometimes the best education come from the people we meet
And I hope you learn a really cool thing or two from Kim Barrett
When you hit press play.
See you in my episode, legends.
Cheers.

Every person grows up differently
Some grow up a little more privileged,
While others grow up with normal set of folks
But for those of us who’ve had drug addicts for parents, lead a life that’s far from easy.
Ace Blue’s parents were hooked on meth since he was born
His father was part of a biker gang in their little town up in Nebraska,
And as a child Ace and his family would do drills late at night should an ambush come their way.
While other kids his age came home to a warm meal and a bedtime story.
His mother wasn’t any better.
She quit her job in real estate for drugs, and once threatened her children with a knife a few days after Christmas.
Ace’s turbulent childhood is pretty heavy
It’s definitely something that would make huge dent on any person’s mental and emotional well being
But that didn’t stop him from having the will to move on, chase his goals, and make a better life for himself and his siblings.
Ace is now raking it in as a sales agent and working super hard to make ten digits in the future.
And that's why I admire Ace a lot.
We both value work, the importance of physical, emotional, and mental health
and self-discipline, especially in unfavorable situations
If there's anything that we can learn from this lad, determination and grit
can help us get out of this dreadful cycle of life
Smash that play button now to know why you should listen to this bloke in this podcast.
See you in the episode, legends.
Cheers.

Being successful in life sometimes doesn’t always require being the smartest person in the world.
Because whenever we try to be, that’s when we overthink, and spend so much useless time obsessing over stupid stuff
And next thing we know, the opportunity has passed us by.
The people who are most likely to succeed are often the ones who fly by the seat of their pants, and savor every moment of each day.
Sure they sound like the impulsive sort.
But these are the guys who are willing to take risks.
And if there is one thing they all have in common that enables them to succeed, it would be SELF CONFIDENCE.
Taki Moore here is a bloke brimming with confidence.
He’s probably got it from his mum.
But this asset of his has allowed him to have a high tolerance for risk.
And make huge success in his business Million Dollar Coach, where he coaches over a thousand niche business coaches who are raking in 6 figures per month.
Taki sees his purpose in life is to become a fully expressed life artist.
Squeezing out the juice from every experience, moment, and relationship day by day.
This explains a lot why he loves being a coach, loves building a sense of community in his business, and that he’s not afraid of taking risks.
If you have success in your mind, but you often second guess yourself, and what you need to do..
Take it from a guy like Taki who is a big believer that if “we’ll never do it, we will never know”.
But if that’s not enough of a push, hit the play button for some added motivation (and a few laughs) from Taki Moore.

Whenever we experience pain
A lot of us often throw in the towel
Allow ourselves to be consumed by it
And face it like a pussy
But there’s a saying called “rolling with the punches”
That speaks in volumes on how we should deal with life
When some days turn into sh*t
And if there’s anything that Liam Morin learned about getting punched in the face
He learned how hard of a bloke he can be
And that pain does not have to be a big deal.
Apart from being an entrepreneur, Liam is an amatuer pro fighter
And a big fan of hunting small game
He’s learned some valuable lessons as a fighter and hunter
That he applies to business and in life
Being in the ring or out hunting in the cold wild of Canada
Has taught Liam how to find his calm
Whenever he finds himself in a dark and uncomfortable place
How hardwork and self-discipline can outlast unfavorable situations
That he can work on his weaknesses
And the meaning of reward delay
I identify with Liam a lot
From being a solo athlete to leading a company
And if there’s anything that being one can teach a lot of people
Is that we’ve both learned the value of getting the right people for the job
And that flexibility in managing the different characters in a team
Has helped our business grow exponentially
But that’s not all that I learned from Liam,
Hit the play button and get to know why I had to have this lad in my podcast.
See you in the episode, legends.
Cheers.

A separation in marriage is tough sh*t
It happens when we fail to fill our own cup, and we take out our issues on our partners.
That’s exactly what happened to my guest, Terry Llewelyn
He wasn’t being the best father and husband that he needed to be for his family
He had a terrible attitude, he couldn’t control his emotions,
He struggled to perform in the business he was running
On top of that he was heavily drinking as an outlet for his stress
Terry lived like that for a very long time
His wife couldn’t deal with the jackass of a husband he was being, and decided to leave him.
When that happens, most men would often choose to throw in the towel,
And not face the problem head on.
But Terry had enough of failure.
His life challenge drove him to fix the real problem
And that problem was him.
Terry put all his energy into becoming a better version of himself
He might have learned this the hard way
But he wasn’t afraid of failing anymore
And there’s nothing a positive mind can’t accomplish.
Fast forward to the present Terry is crushing it at work, he’s off the alcohol, his testosterone is top notch
He’s back home with his family (best part!)
The communication he has with the missus is worlds apart better than it was before
Their relationship now feels brand new every single day.
Failure is not the benchmark that determines how successful we are when we get there.
It is a journey, not a destination.
If everything starts to feel impossible, there’s always something we can do.
Take it from Terry, sharing what he’s had to go through, and where he is now.
See you in the episode, legends.
Cheers.

Life is tough as f*ck when you’re a kid
And you get slapped on with an illness you’re not ready for.
Kids in school won’t understand what you’re going through
They’ll make fun of you,
Call you names
And do all sorts of mean stuff that you never deserved at all.
This kind of story is something that Liam Murphy is no stranger to.
At the age of 11, he was diagnosed with gynecomastia
And it sucked out the joy out of his childhood.
When that happens to guys at that age
Their self esteem takes a massive hit,
They give up on themselves, and lead a life full of depression that will last for ages.
But what made the young Liam a savage
Was taking action into his desire to get better and not let his illness define him.
As early as highschool, he decided to change his eating habits
Get up at 5 in the morning to run across the beach before heading to class
Drank more water, took care of his gut and sleeping habits.
He simply became his own mentor.
Liam is doing way better now and these decisions he made in his early years
Made a great influence on how he approaches life today.
He’s a big believer in setting standards for ourselves,
How practicing gratitude and self love can make a world of difference for us.
These values that he lives by are what makes him an excellent coach in my team.
So if you happen to think you’ve got it bad at the moment
You may want to hit the link to watch this episode
And hear a fella out
On how he swam his way up from the bottom of the barrel
And become the high performance guy he is now.

Tommy Trout is a high level dude who doesn’t have a business background.
He is a bloke who’s biggest life mission is to help others
He started out traveling around the Outback for National Suicide Prevention programs in communities with high numbers of suicide cases.
And the business he runs now happens to be a major success
Because it caters to a market that the fitness industry overlooks.
He is the founder of his own company, WeFlex, they connect people with a disability to mainstream fitness and health providers.
His company employs people that belong to the same demographic the business caters to
Because they understand the real needs and what will work for their market.
You see a lot of fellas often reject clients with special needs because they don’t know how to handle them.
The problem is very close to home for Tommy because autism runs in his family.
He’s searched high and low for physical therapists who could help his folks out
And decided one day to put up WeFlex to help see an end to the problem.
Tommy may not be the typical businessman but he is a visionary changing world.
I’ve invested in the company because I really believe this is a product we’ve been needing for a very long time.
And having him in my podcast was the right thing to do.

Have you ever met a bloke who just ticks off boxes when it comes to winning in life?
I have, and his name is Neil Gibb.
He’s a property investor who sailed across the Pacific from England to Australia to set up his business here.
Neil is a high performing dude who started off as an electrician…. to now making millions for his property investment company in Perth.
While maintaining solid relationships with his wife, his community, his team..
Taking care of his health and looking really good while doing it
He’s also a client of JCF, and my coaches can definitely attest that this guy’s a savage!
How does he do it??
Neil is big about self-care and how doing so significantly benefits other areas of his life.
He makes time for his marriage/personal life, encourages his staff to do the same and not to work themselves to death.
Which is important to the kind of lifestyle or hustle culture that society dictates for us these days.
A lot of guys struggle with achieving overall success, or having a sense of balance in their lives
And the reason why we do so is because we tend to put ourselves last.
I can definitely relate to this because putting my health first really did wonders for myself and my career.
So if this sounds familiar to you and you want to learn from a bloke who’s done it.
Get in this episode now, and hopefully this can help get you started on crossing off boxes in your list of goals in life.

What does it really mean to be successful? And why are there some of us that struggle to do so?
Josh Hamilton is one of my JCF Mentors who once thought he wanted it all.
Exotic cars, hot chicks, the bling, fancy boats.. Basically he wanted the millionaire lifestyle.
Josh worked in the Med on a superyacht and that’s where he realized that the highlife wasn’t what he was aiming for.
He packed up his bags and headed back to New Zealand to be a teacher again and this time with a brand new outlook in life.
His experience enabled him to come up with a really cool perspective on success called The Hero’s Journey.
Josh breaks down the common issues men face in their pathway to success, where we get stuck and useful ways to overcome them.
And understand why some of us think the way that we do when it comes to money, and relationships, and what is really stopping us from meeting our fullest potential.
Josh is a really interesting bloke and I’m really grateful to have him on my team.

You can perform at your peak performance for a short time, but then you’ll burn out.
Like I did at 22.
But it taught me that you can’t push your body to hell in order to achieve a certain goal.
Because you’ll never be able to sustain it.
And you’ll never get to where you want to be.
This is the mentality that I’ve lived by as I moved from being an athlete to running my own business.
And since I know a lot of you fellas wanted to get to know more about me.
From how I started out, overcame my challenges, bagged some wins, and basically my overall approach in business and in life.
I’ve decided to shake things up a little.
And invited someone who does a great job at picking my brains.
Charley is one of my mentors. He’s one of the guys I got to help me make sure that JCF is always at its peak.
He runs a successful podcast company, and knows a damn lot about running a business.
Charley and I understand the ups and downs of being business owners, and how bloody important it is to look after ourselves if we want our companies to succeed.

Steve battled with depression for years.
He wasn't the father he wanted to be, he wasn't the partner he wanted to be, he wasn't in the shape he wanted to be in and
he certainly wasn't where he thought he be at that point in his life.
Steve struggled with suicidal thoughts and reached a point where it almost got too much.
Like many of us guys, Steve used to think that his problems were special and that nobody understood him, so he refused to get help.
Until he reached out to work with my team
And I'm glad he did
Fast forward nine months of working with our crew... he’s in the best place he’s ever been.
His relationships have improved, his bakery business is killing it, he’s looking savage, and he's finally the father/partner he's always wanted to be.
Steve credits this to stepping up despite all the bulls*it reasons he’s told himself in the past.

Jayme Richardson was banged up from so many injuries that he was living in chronic pain.
After getting bad advice from a physio about his shoulder pain, he realized that most follow a common approach for pain management that doesn’t go skin deep.
Many also let their personal bias towards lifting and training influence how they treat a client...
And overlook triggering factors such as daily habits, well-being, mindset, and just focus on preventing clients from freaking out.
This inspired Jayme to find a better way to deal with pain for himself and for his clients at his fitness consulting business in Newcastle.
Jayme’s approach is to find the real root cause of their client’s problems and work their way up from there so that they can live happy and pain-free lifestyles.
I identify with Jayme because we’re both big on good daily habits, accountability as coaches, and the importance of getting help.

Do you feel some people don’t treat you with the respect that you deserve?
The people in your life who don’t appreciate you, take advantage of you, or just don’t treat you the way you’d like to be treated.
Growing up we’re taught to be nice. We’re taught to let it go when people sh*t on us.
We’re told to keep in our feelings of anger and try to convince ourselves that it’s not too bad.
But if we don’t stand up for ourselves when people do, we’ll never get the respect that we deserve.
If we want to live happier lives, improve relationships, and get the respect we deserve-- then we need to change the way we deal with others.
I’ll break down exactly what you need to do when you click on the link for the full episode here.
