For a large part of my life, my approach to well-being was broken. I obsessively used athletics, fame, women, and accomplishments to find my meaning. But it was never enough. And then in 2019, everything changed. While in Ireland to compete in the Ironman triathlon, I pulled the car over to the side of a country road and had a revelation that changed my life forever: I was only ever as good as my last accomplishment. No amount of finish lines, movie roles, clients, or sponsorships would be fulfilling. I broke my ego and found my soul. Since then I have been able to bring my coaching to a new level. I guide my clients with the understanding that all elements of well-being as essential to living a profoundly meaningful life. It's reignited my passion for being of service to others by helping them find clarity in an overwhelming world. This podcast is a story of my journey and my travels around the world as I continue to find my true self.
