Today I had 'Potsy' aka Jordan Potts aka 'Conscious Carnivore 1.0' on the poddy.
His a man on a mission spreading the word around not only the carnivore diet but ancestral living and getting the most out of your mind, body and LIFE!

Darcy and I had a great chat about his journey as a young boy growing up in North Queensland to then being on world tours with the Australian wallabies.
Swainy done his 'apprenticeship' in the Brumbies system, to now being a key figure with in the Super Rugby squad and having over 50 caps, to which he credits his now 11 caps on the international stage with Wallabies as a dominate lock.
